I went to countless dealers around CT and all I got was shady people who wanted to take advantage of me. I never got that feeling with Agawam Tire and Auto. The staff there were able to address all of my questions and leave me confident in my car purchase with them. They stand true to their warranty as well. I had a small issue with my alternator during my 30 day warranty period and it was addressed immediately. I was very impressed with Joels customer service. I will definitely be going back to them for car repairs and/or future purchases. Thank you.

I bought tires from them not bad price, but my truck came damaged from them. I brought it back and showed them, got only excuses and in the end they told me it was my fault I brought it late on Friday. They said sorry and also informed me if it had been new truck it wouldnt had happen. This shop is not professional and not qualified to operate car lift.

Ive been going here for years and Ive never had a bad experience. Very friendly, honest and experienced mechanics. If need you work done on your car/motorcycle, new tires for either or your motorcycle inspected, this is the shop to go to.

Great service. Dropped my car off early in the morning, took 2 - 3 hours at the quoted price. They did the job I wanted and didnt try to sell me anything. I will be returning to them when I need my car serviced again.

Went for a inspection sticker. Called 4 days in advance and was told they only do them on Saturdays. I got there on Saturday and they didnt have any stickers.... so I had to go elsewhere....

I get my motorcycle inspection there and I have not had a problem. Other places say the tech is out or they dont have anymore stickers or some other excuse not theses people .
