First off, educate yourself! I knew the vehicle I was looking for, the options I wanted, the common problems, and what I wanted to pay. Tonys got the car that I wanted in stock, and Im lucky they were the dealer that got it. Im from Delaware, so we agreed on the price over the phone and I put a deposit down, sight unseen. The next day they called me because their tech heard a timing chain rattle... Most buyers would never notice this, and most sellers would just sell it as is. McKenzie told me he would not let it off his lot like that, and insisted I delay my trip to pick it up. After the timing chain service was complete, they didnt try to jack the price up on me, but stuck to the original price and didnt mention it. They saved me literally thousands (merecedes timing chain service on SUVs arent cheap), and kept me informed throughout the process. The offered to refund my deposit and let me go elsewhere, but I already knew that I wanted to stick with a dealer that would be honest and upfront about an issue that a customer would never notice. Not to mention, their price couldnt be beat, and came with a 3 month warranty. 3 months is up, and Im very happy with the vehicle, my neighbors guessed that I paid over 4 times what I actually did!

I recommend anyone looking for a car or truck to know as much as you can about that vehicle. Test drive them not one or two but as many as you can. Once you know what you want and are familiar you will know whats common problems or faulty designs. If your lucky enough to find that same vehicle at Mike and Tonys I would recommend you buy it. I looked for my truck for well over a month. I tried to find one near by but was forced to widen my search area. Which brought me over 2600 miles away. I put a down payment to hold the vehicle and got on a plane the next week. Mr. Mckenzie was very friendly and answered all the questions and even sent me more pictures to ease my mind. These guys know what they are doing and really want to get you into the right vehicle at the right price that will be a great vehicle for a long time. My daughter and I drove it back with no problems what so ever. From Hartford all the way to Washington state. The next vehicle my family buys which wont be for a long time if they have it will be from Mike and Tonys. Know what you want then compare youll be happy with what you find from these guys, good people........THANK YOU GENTLEMEN KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I purchased a vehicle from Mike & Tonys about 3 months ago. The buying experience was fine. They were reasonably friendly and things went fine. However, I recently had big problems with the car and found out that I was lied to about the car at least twice. It is a higher mileage car and I specifically asked the sales person if the timing belt had been replace and was told it had. I was also told that they did an oil change right before I picked the car up. Neither of these was true. The car was extremely low on oil and there ended up having significant engine damage after driving only about 400 hundred miles. It cost over $1500 to fix. When I alerted the dealership of the issue it was a few days past the 60 day warranty and they told me I was SOL and the owner would not return my calls. To summarize, they lied about the maintenance that had been previously done and that they had done and I was stuck with the cost and time of dealing with it. Do yourself a favor and find an honest dealership even if you have to pay a little more for your next vehicle.

We had been shopping for some time for a moderate used car. We had been met by all sorts or sales people, in large part fairly obnoxious and rude sales people. When we found a car we were interested in online, to be honest, I was skeptical at first. Howevere we found was some of the nicest and most honest people you would ever want to meet. We bought a car and yes, as can happen with a used car, we had problems the first week. We bought the car "as-is" no warranty but when it had problems, and we brought it back in, they took ownership of the problem no questions asked. They worked on the problem for at least a week, provided a loner car, and did everything in their power to come to a reasonable solution. Yes, I agreed to share in the cost but given that legally they have no obligation, they have been more than accommodating. From my experience, these guys are a class act.

I bought a suv from mike and tonys. i have had it for only two months and thecar has spent more time in their garage eing repared than on the street. the transmission failed and had to be replaced within the first two thousand miles. dealing with their warranty people is another hassel. i dont think they even have a warranty company. i think they just have you bring in your car and they try fix themselves. i paid my deductable for repairs and when i called the warranty people they told me that it was never approved yet. they are shady and suspect. try go somewhere else with your hard earned money. mike and tonys is not worth the hassel. their cars are expensive name brand cars full of expensive name brand PROBLEMS!!!

I have been in the Auto business my entire life, and I found M and Ts on the internet........I took a shot, and was pleasantly surprised ......so much so, that a month later I bought a second car, practically sight unseen this time, and was pleasantly surprised again !!!. Tony and Tiffany were easy to deal with, and eager to make these transactions as smooth as possible....I am in the Boston area, but dont mind a little travel for a quality product and service.....I was in and out of there quickly both times........I would definately use them again when I need another quality used car at a reasonible price........I highly recommend them !!!!

Bought a 2005 g35 from Mike and Tonys without even test driving the car did everything over the phone with the sales man MacKenzie excellent customer service with the bad credit I have they got me approved the car was bought AS IS on my drive home I notice a few things that needs to be done to the car I called the next day and explained to them what was wrong without any hassle or argument Tony told me to bring the car back and everything was guna be taken care of and thats exactly what they did would definitely recommend mike and Tonys to anyone great place

I purchased my c63 AMG from tony almost a year ago. I had a great buying experience, Tony worked with me to get a great price and got me approved! I drive the car every day and track it occasionally I have had no issues with it, I just keep up with my regular maintenance. Any questions I have about the vehicle to this day I can call or stop by and my questions are answered. The staff is very friendly and I would highly recommend Mike & Tonys to everyone, they have a wide assortment of vehicles from regular daily drivers to high performance vehicles.
