BUYERS BEWARE: I bought and Audi S4 from here and the first time I turned on the A/C is blew hot hair. Turns out it was a broken AC compressor. Ralph was very defensive and refuse to admit it was broken until I sent him a picture of it. His warranty stated he would cover 50% of the part, but repairs had to be done at his shop. I live 3+ hours from him so I explained how that is not possible for me and asked if there was anyway he could help me out? He told me he would think about it and get back to me, but flew me off for months. I finally got it touch and he basically told me there is nothing he can do. It gets better... I brought the car to a certified Audi shop, and they found a long list of issues with the car including the motor fans not being properly mounted!!! Ralph sold a lemon and doesnt even care to help out one of his customers in the slightest bit. All he could tell me was "sorry, my warranty is my warranty, I have to cover myself". Stay away from this place! I dont know how this guy sleeps at night running a business like this

Fran is on heck of a technician. I have had him service my cars I have purchased for years. I have not had to bring anything back, all of the work is outstanding and his labor rate is more than fair. I would recommend him for all Beemers, Benz that i can attest to.
