In April of 2015 I purchased a 2009 Lexus GX470 SUV and I absolutely love it! The car is in beautiful shape and looks much newer than its six years. Mike Caro and his team are highly professional. Mike worked with me throughout the sale and he was knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. Mike is very straight forward about the vehicles and their histories. I will definitely purchase from Imports Unlimited again, as my experience was positive in every aspect. The pristine condition of my car and the fact that I was able to purchase an extended warranty gave me much peace of mind. I heard about Imports Unlimited from my parents who successfully purchased a Toyota Landcruiser a number of years ago. I know others who have had great luck with their cars from imports Unlimited. I recommend this company if you are in the market for a car!

The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars was that the website is not clear and upfront about the salvage aspect of the vehicles and when you drive 90 minutes to get there to find this out it is a bit of a shock. You could be better/more upfront about that guys. Having said that, 3 years ago I bought a 2004 Saab convertible from them. During the inspection/test drive the sales manager was very clear about what worked and what did not, what was under warranty and what was not etc. I found the purchase process very pleasant (and I am not the best with car salesmen). I got a very good deal on my saab and still enjoy it (no issues with car whatsoever) every day.

2013 i purchased car from them for 25000$ kkb price they use today is 2016 I go to different dealer to purchase brand new car and I found out my car is worth notching only 2000$ because his history from imort unlimited diler which seling flooded or rebuilt cars they cars are worth nothing or max 5000$ but they still use kkb prices what is totally wrong wrong, before you decide do costly mistake check they vin number with any other real car dealer witch tell you haw much the car is worth for real it will cool you down. Big time they dont have any good deal you just over pay ovvverrr payyy

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to look at a vehicle with cash in hand and was treated with complete disrespect. Two small issues wrong with the car that I requested the owner take a look at. He responded by just telling me flat out that I "didnt know what I was talking about." He claimed to have been in auto repairs for 50 plus years, but in the next sentence stated that this shop doesnt do auto repairs. What a joke. I wouldnt waste another moment of my time here and I left. Do yourself a favor and go some place else!!!

Customer service is horrible. Started by calling to check stock and 4 hours later no one had called back. Went anyways and wanted to look at a vehicle and pointed out an issue. (Simple fixes) They called over a gentleman who preceeded to raise his voice argue within minutes. Said we would pay for repairs if it was that concerning. Still argued despite our non response. Needless to say we walked away and never plan to go back. Stay away!

I bought a flood salvage Boxster from them about 8 years ago and had no problems with the car. Maybe there is a little more risk buying a flood or theft recovery car but... Ive also had friends buy a new car and had major problems on or just after warrantee ran out. BTW, The Porsche dealership did still honor my cars warrantee even though it was a flood salvage. I dont know if this is common or I just got lucky.

Had a great experience purchasing from Imports Unlimited. The team is extremely knowledgeable, not mention very thorough when it comes to the car buying process. No pressure at all, just answered any and all of my questions while offering up sound advice regarding pros and cons regarding the difference cars I had an interest in purchasing. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a high end vehicle.

My wife and i have been dealing with Imports Unlimited since 2001 and find them as honest anf forthcoming as any dealer i have worked with. Most of the cars are salvage, and they tell you that upfront and the prices and warrantees are very good. They also have a very capable and relatively inexpensive shop to maintain the purchase after you are the owner.

I NEVER leave negative reviews- but this one leaves me utterly speechless. So unbelievably rude I can hardly describe it- and there wasnt a customer anywhere in the building! Talk about burning a bridge. Wow.

Yes, these are salvaged cars, but we got a great deal on our Acura TL and drove it without any major problems for about 180,000 miles. No complaints at all.
