I would never buy a car from this place again. when i got the car for the first time it was going to one side if i didnt hold the stering wheel(they told me it was balance and alligment) tires were flat with no air when I went to saw it i didnt expect new tires but at least some decent tires. I think the used the sameones they just put air on and now that bought the car I got flat tires every single day the guy send me to town fair tires (to a expecific guy name tony) idk but if is because of the tires but the car still run to one side I went back to explain them that I hear a weird noise the noise is worse now . I had to go back for my breaks too. Not buying no more cars in here !!!! My car shakes a Lil still cause I went back for that too again i didnt expect a brand new car but a decent one that I be able to drive back and foward in less than a month I had to go to a mechanic to see was going on with car Ive been fixing it Lil by Lil. cause Im tire of going to this place to get my car fix and receiving my car same or worst .

Since my first used car buy to the fourth car, thats RIGHT number 4 used car. I bought my first used car a year ago. Them my little sister needed a Car, than a year later we both went back to trade our cars & as always got what we want with the best prices & service. Great prices without the stigma of haggling. An easy non-stressful non-pressure buying experience is always a must. The best staff to work with and they always have a smile on their face. I know I wont get tired of going there thats for sure. I would recommend James Motor Cars to anyone in this area without hesitation because the relationship may begin with the sale but it is the service & care that keeps the customer coming back. I purchased my toyota tacoma with ease. Customer service was excellent. Negotiated the price online and was glad it remained the same upon getting there. They didnt try to up sell or get me in a more expensive car. Test drove the car, filled out paperwork and waited a few while they got the vehicle ready and paperwork processed. Offered refreshments by several persons while there. This was the easiest car buying experience to date. It almost seemed to good to be true.

Got my first car from here and it ran amazing, never gave me issues. Few years later it got totaled and I came back and got another amazing car. This place is awesome. Trying to make my girlfriend wait unil they have something she likes because she needs a car. I always tell coworkers, friends, and family about this place. If you like mazdas then check them out cause they usually have some nice ones.

Worst dealership ever sold, went to look at a car that i eventually i purchased. And let me tell you horrible. When i went to pick it up they hit the rear bumper and said it was like that. And while i was doing the paperwork they jump started the car and put a dead battery on the car.
