Let me start off that Im a professional electrical engineer, keen on details and ethical business practice. These guys are the epitome of shady used car dealers. I went to check out an 2006 Audi A4 they said was in "100% working condition" over the phone. I got there and the owner, Benny, needed to jump start it. The car was still half buried in snow, and he kept saying he would fix everything, from the missing hub caps, broken headlight, broken glovebox and center armrest, to the malfunctioning traction control system (dashboard light stuck on). I should have taken that as a bad omen, but I saw this really nice Mercedes E350 in relatively good condition. He offered it at a really good price, so I filled out and signed a credit app. He actually showed me another person had already got a loan approved for the car on his computer. So to take it off the market, he told me the deposit was completely refundable, therefore I put $200 down deposit. The next morning, Benny called me up saying he got me approved for a loan. However, the loan was just bad; really high interest rate (15%) and the monthly payment was higher than what I told him I could afford, and thats WITHOUT a warranty. I told him I didnt want the car anymore because the loan he got wasnt good enough and I wanted my deposit back. He refused to refund my deposit. I told him he can either refund my deposit, or hes going to hear from the DMV and from my bank. He said "sue me" and hung up on me. They pretty much scammed me out of $200 and was completely unprofessional. Its all the little things that make a good dealer a good dealer. He never pulled the car I wanted to look at out into the front. He always said the same bullshit car salesman stuff like, this is a good car, it runs great, and Ill give you a good price. As I was inspecting the cars for scratches and dents, Benny would speak to his younger employee in Romanian or whatever, look at me, then laugh. Clearly they were talking about me and how thorough I was inspecting a used car. There wasnt a desk area to fill out my credit app. The credit application itself was a copied version that was barely legible due to being an old over-copied version so it was out of resolution and stuff like that (cant print an original from your computer? Cmon its 2014) They never gave me a copy of my credit app. Benny didnt even check to see if I had a license when I wanted to test drive the cars. The cars parked in the lot were crooked and tight. These are all just small little things, but they all add up and describe a business that doesnt want the best for their customer. They do the bare minimum, and when they hook a customer for a deposit (good thing I only put down $200 instead of like $500) youre no longer their customer, but rather just a bank account they want money out of. Im filing a complaint with the DMV against them and filling out an affidavit with my bank to open a case to get my $200 back. Save yourself the trouble and headache, and take your money to a real, professional, car dealer. Update: After this dealer talked to the DMV, they did the right thing and refunded my money. Though, I still keep the 1 star rating because the dealer told me, hes going to remember to make the customer sign a purchase order, solidifying the right to keep the deposit. That means hell do this again, but was unsuccessful with me due to his stupidity.

I purchased a 2004 Honda Civic EX with a 5 speed manual transmission from Bosh and Benny at Newfield Auto Sales. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the car and especially with the awesome service these guys provided. I was skeptical at first, the business of used cars is hit or miss when it comes to the quality, performance and reliability of the vehicle. They offered me a 1,500 mile warranty which they didn’t have to because of the age and the mileage (85,000) of the car. Before I purchased it they replaced the brakes and fixed the AC system, which was no small task. It took a week to diagnose, rebuild and test the AC system and cost them over $1,000 to complete. I also had them replace the water pump and timing belt when the car was in their shop, for a very reasonable price. They were able to secure financing for the car and helped me through the entire buying process, everything was explained well and they were friendly to work with. I brought it back a couple times for a non-issue, one of the controls is different from the Accord I previously owned, they replaced the unit, and they stood by their warranty the whole time! I don’t know if these guys earned a profit on the sale but they earned a very happy customer. After 10,000 miles on the car since I bought it there have been no problems or maintenance issues except the usual oil changes. I have been very happy with the car and also with the great service the guys at Newfield Auto Sales provided. They stood by their word and their vehicle! I would purchase another car from them in the future.

Bought a car last year from them just because I thought they offered me a good price... I made a horrible decision. Theyre really sketchy with everything that happens there and if youll ever buy a car from them expect it to have problems. My car had scratches on it and they said theyll get it [professionally painted, well they tried to cover all the scratches on the car by painting it. Well they painted over the old paint so after a couple months and car washes it started peeling off. Ive been having nothing but problems with this car after 3 months since I purchased it... If youll ever go in their garage and see the mechanic who works on the cars, and is also related to the owner, youll know the cars are not in good hands. Now Im looking for another car and Im definitely going to spend a little more money on my next car just so I know Im not buying a junk.

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! We purchased a car from here and we should have known it was not going to be a good experience. The day we picked it up the battery died at the gas station and they had to come and jump it. Then after about a week on the highway it had a shimmy, we got the run around kept bringing it to them. Finally they started to get rude swearing abd everything. We ended up having to repkace the front driveshaft ourselves. From that time on we have done nothing but fix issues. We finally just traded it in and are now going through issues again to get a refund on the extra warrenty we purchased (which was useless). They dont want to refund us the money for that now. Unless you want a used crap car they buy from the auction and patch it up to run just long enough for you to leave their lot. PEASE GO TO A REAL CAR DEALER!!!

First let me say that I purchased a 2005 nissan murano from Benny and the car is a junk. The front end felt like it was gonna fall off every time you hit a bump so I purchased the replacement parts myself and contacted them about 2 weeks after having the car and just asked them to put the parts on they were unwilling to do this. Also the car has a oil problem. One minute it will have oil and the next day it will be completly empty. I contacted them about this problem hoping we could come to some sort of agreement to get it fix and he clearly stated " I dont care what kind of warantee you have on the car we are not doing anything" then hung up the phone. These people are unprofessional shady people. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPENT YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE
