This place is great! Could not be nicer or more helpful. I needed to buy a new grill and had a party in three days. (Old one died unexpectantly). They special ordered the Weber Genesis I wanted (in copper that my wife wanted) and had it here overnight. When I pulled up a young man on a fork lift asks me if I need help as I get out of my truck. I tell him Im picking up a grill. He says, copper one?" "Ill go pick it up and load it I the back of your truck while you go pay". Im in and out of there in 15 minutes! Service like that is rare these days! And to top it off I got a $50 gift card too!

This is an excellent place to visit for hardware and many other household needs. I have always found courteous service, knowledgeable staff, and decent prices at this store and I prefer to shop there over their major competition despite the fact that they are located 5 times further from my house. Well worth the journey. Thanks!

I called at 6am Colorado time (my Ace obviously closed; and I know folks from CT are the best!) with questions about installing an angle valve. The person who answered my call (and 2nd call) was very patient and extremeful helpful with his over the phone assistance to this new DIYer! Leak free and glad Ace was there to help!
