Oh my god this place is horrible!! The customer service is horrible. One guy got bored helping me and just walked away when he couldnt find what he was looking for. So I went to exchange the wrong lenght stainless steel screws. Got there at 5 while he was closing door. Who closed at 5pm any way. Then he says no cant help you. I said I just spent $100 in here 20 mins ago. Nope. It says e are local on the door, but they are far from serving the local customers. Westport hardware from now on.

Horrible service.... The workers have no idea about nothing. Spoke on the phone and was told that they had what I was looking for drove all the way down there (30 minutes) and had absolutely nothing of what I needed.....
