This place never has what I need as a homeowner and their staff is about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. What I have bought here has been shoddy and inferior to what is readily available at plenty of other hardware stores around. The prices are also higher than most places. I struggle to understand how they stay in business. They do seem to have a lot of parts for working on your car, but given the poor conditions of the products they sell, Im astounded that people actually return to shop here. I do see a lot of contractors buying small items; if I ever saw a contractor buying items for something I hired them for at Harbor Freight, I would kindly ask them to return the items and go somewhere else. Dont trust them, shop elsewhere.

Someday....... I hope to buy my generator there...... If they ever have them in stock..... I find awfully difficult to buy a product, if that product doesnt exist in any of there stores. Going on four weeks, and not a generator in any store. Week five, and still no generators on Long Island.... Went to New Jersey, they had plenty. As if lately, Im not liking the whole attitude of Harbor Freight in general, if this kind of Crap happens once more, it will be the last. Ill gladly pay more for a quality, in stock product.

YES, they are STILL in business!! Many people pull in and out thinking this place closed down because the front entrance is locked. You must use the REAR entrance. The place is clean, well stocked, has bathrooms and most importantly, GREAT prices!! Again, this place IS OPEN for business.
