You know how that one hing ruins a whole experience? Well the store was well laid out. The employees were helpful, even going as far as to refund me $4.36 that I was accidentally overcharged. What ruined this experience you ask... The bags. None of my merchandise managed to make it back to my house in its bag. The cashier apologized for two of the bags before I left as they had ripped, but none of them made it out of my vehicle in one piece. Maybe a store that sells tools should consider some tool quality bags not thin paper bags.

The tools are very inexpensive Chinese made stuff. In some cases this is perfect. In others it is worth buying a name brand. The people are not really helpful there in terms of helping with instructions if you arent sure what your doing. The coupons help also and there are a lot of them.

A complete A+ experience !!! The store manager was more than helpful, he actually looked for the item I needed. Once he found it, he gave me 20% off my entire purchase, not a bad deal at all.

Very secluded location. Doesnt seem to make a lot of sales, judging by the quality of stock. If youre in Nassau or Suffolk, Huntington or Hempstead locations may serve you better.
