I wanted to fix window blinds for my home. I visited Homedepot office at 16420 Washington Lakeridge,Thornton and paid 50$ on July 20th. A gentleman came to my home on July 28th and taken measurement. After that , I didnt get any communication from this store whether my measurement is available for quotation. I visited the store on multiple times and the last was Aug 4th and Aug 5th. I got the updates that my measurement is not available in their system and asked me to contact on Aug 8th. I called on Aug 8th , initially the person at Blinds department said measurement details are still not available. I asked them to connect to store manager. Then I got a call back from kitchen department at 8 pm that I can visit the store on next day to get the quotation as sshe is leaving the office now.I got very bad service. Will it take three weeks (from July 20th till Aug 9th ) for a home depot to provide quotation for Blinds? Looks like careless service to the customer or lack of knowledge on handling customer request in this store. Very worst service provided to me in my history for the money that I paid.

Im done withe Home Depot. Ive been shopping there religiously for over 10 years. I dont usually shop Lowes. I almost never hold on to the receipt. Today I tried to return a brand new, never opened milwaukee ratchet. The guy actually used a box cutter to open it. I used my bank card to buy it about 2 months ago, but my bank sent me a new card after someone stole the card info. They couldnt find the transaction so they declined my return and gave me a number to call. Ive never ever had a return declined so I had to call to see what the heck the problem was. Heres how the call went. No, No, and "theres nothing we can do without a receipt." Not even store credit? "No and if you ever buy anything with store credit, its non refundable, not returnable..." If you dont agree with our decision, you can write P.O. Box... blah blah blah." My last house probably had $30,000+ in Home Depot renovations and power tools, paint etc. Im done shopping with you Home Depot...

Easily the worst service Ive ever received. I asked for help near the lumber department for some information on fence supply, they told me to go to the "pro desk". No one was at the "pro desk" (even though there was a full line). While leaving the store with a cart full of 80 lb bags of quikrete, 4x4 fence posts, and some other supplies no one assisted me out the store despite the fact I was going very slow and I was in the way of a fork lift. The employee in the lift and the employee guiding him just stood there as I tried to push over 900 lbs by my self. When asking these employees question they look at me like Im some sort of an idiot and I dont belong in theyre store. Stop acting like a big shot and do your job for once. This is not the kind of assistance I would expect a store to be giving a costumer who has been spending well over $2,000 at in the past week.

I have never received good customer service from this store. I called ahead to ask if they do swamp cooler installations, which i thought was a simple question. I was told that they would call me back in half hour and hung up on me without getting my name or number. We decided to just inot all it ous elves so we went into the store to buy a swamp cooler and no one asked to help me. I looked around and asked several people and no one could help me. Apparently no one knows anything about swamp coolers during the summer time at home depot. We bought what we thought we would need and went home. Many of the parts were damaged when we took them out of the box when we got home. So now we will have to return them. Im so disappointed with my experience with this store. I will never go back other than to return the parts.

I had the receipt foe my 200 vacuum it want picking up so I wanted to exchange it. I couldnt find exact same vacuum so I got an equivalent one. They would not allow me to exchange it. My ex purchased this for me when I moved out so I would have one foe my new home. He paid with his home depot card and gave me the receipt in case I needed to exchange it. The clerk said i could only exchange it for exact same one and that they didnt have anymore in stock. I went back to look at vacuums and despite what the customer service clerk told me only 3 minutes earlier and he even showed me. I will never shop at Home Depot again. I will tell everyone I know about this awful experience. It took up time and I am defiantly NOT SATISFIED AT ALL AT HOW I Was treated

I live less than 5 minutes from this store and do a significant amount of business here on a regular basis. As a former renovation and remodeling contractor my needs are typically more pro level than DIYer. Ive always found the staff to be knowledgeable and willing to help. There is always room for improvement but overall a very solid experience. I do find that tool rental oftwn seems understaffed and wait times to rent or return can be rather long, especially at peak times. Simply put, just try to avoid peak times at tool rental, dint be afraid to ask for help if you need it and this Home Depot will service your needs very solidly. Many of the negative reviews Ive read are written by people who are clearly unreasonable.

We had a good experience with Chelsea in flooring, however it was much more of a process trying to get our floors installed than they prepared us for. No one told us about us having to have our 7 yr old linoleum tested for asbestos which in turn delayed our install! We are also have loads of trouble taking to someone at home solutions, the contracting company who Home Depot works through. Their automated system is terrible. I would recommend finding somewhere else to have your floors done.

Went here plenty of times through Thanksgiving Holidays to get Christmas decorations for the house and supplies to tile my bathroom. I had many returns and lots of questions and every person I spoke with was very polite, happy to give me ideas and help with my planning. Returns were easy and my project went smooth. I live less than a mile from a Lowes but find myself driving the 4 miles to this store because of how helpful and happy all the employees are at this location.

I am one of the unfortunate gimps who must rely on a mobility cart. I was heartened on a recent visit to find four and two of them were newer. I contrast this with the Superior Store who couldnt care less about the needs of their disabled customers and wont provide anything but a broken down piece of junk to ride in. I complained but to no avail. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous. Overall a good experience and their plant selection is great!

This place is absolutely horrible the head cashier Michelle has the attitude I have ever seen and store manager Herb Scott I saw smoking marijuana in the store parking lot! I thought this place was a drug free work zone but I guess not! This Home Depot might look nice but the people who work here and run the store are absolutely horrible!!!
