Scheduled a delivery 2 weeks out and was told today when they did not arrive that my scheduled delivery was only at my request (not true, I was GIVEN this window at time of delivery scheduling) and that The Home Depot is not bound by my request in any way and they will deliver when they feel like it. This would not have been a problem for me had I received a phone call that informed me of the actual delivery day/time, I could have arranged my schedule to accommodate the change. However, The Home Depot does not feel it necessary to inform their clients of apparently anything. I have never used a distributor that did not call, email, or even text the day before the delivery to confirm the appointment and/or any changes. I will now be closing my commercial accounts with them and will no longer be a customer of The Home Depot. If I could return the items and cancel the order I would especially after the way I was treated on the phone by the associate who could clearly care less about the inconvenience his lack of scheduling and communication had caused.

Ive gone here for years, but am thinking of heading to Lowes down the road or another home depot thats a couple minutes farther from me (if they havent decided they need cameras everywhere as well). This Home Depot has recently decided that cameras are needed everywhere. Seems like half the isles have cameras on them, with a video monitor to show that theyre watching you. Then you get to the checkout and they never have any real checkouts open. instead, its all self checkout, with yet another set of cameras and video monitors. Overall, I really like this store and have had good experiences with everyone working there, but the excessive cameras are odd and have me wondering if everyone that shops there is some type of dangerous crook. Ill be back when the cameras are gone.

Went in to purchase a hot water heater. It took forever to find an associate. The man that did come, we asked him to explain the process. We needed it to be installed. So he took us to his computer, took my information then walked away. He didnt explain what my information was for or how we can make our purchase. We hunted him down again and asked how much the install would be. He said he had no idea. We asked how we can make our purchase, he said to wait for a call in the morning. He seemed very annoyed that we were asking him questions. This isnt my first experience with poor customer service. Will never shop here again.

This store has really come around in the last few years. Used to be I shopped at Lowes. Not anymore. The employees are always asking if they can help you--and they actually are expert in their field. In the last few months there is an employee posted at the entrance who always asks if they can help you find what you are shopping for. Always friendly and helpful. And while there was a time years ago when an employee would seem to flee from anyone who looked like he had a question, that no longer happens and in fact its quite the opposite. Good job to the management who made this happen.

There is a lady who works in flooring that has absolutely know idea what she is doing. When we were going through the process of getting carpet installed she literally had me look at her computer screen and asked me what to do. I was so confused and angry. Next, there is a lady in paint who was rude and not helpful at all. She told me they couldnt scan our paint sample and we had to try and match it ourselves. We took the SAME sample to a Sherwin Williams and they were able to scan it.

This review is directed to the 2 gals working the customer service desk 8/1 at approx 3 p.m. Your condescending and rude attitude was not becoming to you as an employee of Home Depot and not at all appreciated. If you were the store owners, Id never step foot in this location again. Going forward, Il avoid the 2 of you like the plague. You have no business in customer service....a position without customer interaction would be a better fit for you two

To see the reason I went here, you should check out the review I left at Lowes. I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot. Sky and Nick were of great assistance to me. Skys knowledge helped me make a decision change which saved me quite a few bucks. I was greeted right away when I entered the store and from there until I checked out I was assisted. Thank you very much Home Depot for your philosophy in work ethic. I will drive past Lowes from now on.

Ive wandered into Home Depots at Highlands Ranch and Park Meadows. There are few customers and therefore very few employees in the aisles--Ive had to search for help. The Crestline Home Depot has many knowledgeable employees everywhere that keep up pretty well with the high number of customers. I appreciate their commitment. Additionally, I highly recommend the window/door installation by their employees.

Terrible experience. Do not buy appliances from them. My refrigerator was not keeping food cold and instead of replacing it, they kept making excuses that it was my fault. This refrigerator was only 6 months old. I replaced it at my own expense at another store. Employees were rude and kept giving me different employees to repeat my problem. Guess they enjoyed the game, I did not.

Travis Hooked me up, I hate these stores, too big to ever find anything and just a couple workers blowing off cust. you cant find help either. Not the case here, great service and very knowledgeable staff. Got more than I was hoping for and didnt get the part I needed but Travis told me how to go about getting it, now the manufacturer is sending me replacement parts for FREE !!

Bought 16,000 worth of kitchen cabinets counters and floor. Worst experience ever had. They hid trim in the make up of the counters we did not discuss. It was a nightmare The counter company Home Depot employs. Front Range Stone are the most unprofessional people to put in counters. The only good part was the floor contractor. Would not recommend the store for kitchens.

While the staff is friendly and always ask to help (huge plus), Ive found their knowledge to be less than stellar in their respective departments (hence 3 stars -associate training would up that score). However, they are hands down better than the Lowes around the corner. Except for the paint department, theyre busy, but fabulous and know their stuff.

I have been coming to this home depot close to 5 years now, and today was the best customer service I have received. Pete in the lumber department has gone above and beyond in helping me with my deck project. He is an exceptional asset to this home depot store. Very knowledgeable at his young age. Many should follow in your steps. Thank you sir.

Store and parking lot are always dirty. Items are always out of stock, yet show available online. Wheres the floor staff for questions?...go to the customer service desk 1st. Does not honor coupons like the other stores in the area & sales tax is higher, fyi.
