DO NOT buy A GE refrigerator & DO NOT buy it from Home Depot. Our refrigerator went out on Monday, mind you it was purchased in April of 2015. We luckily/unluckily purchased a warranty plan therefore or refrigerator was still cover for repairs. When contacting Home Depot they advised they do not do any of the servicing for repairs. They sourced out a repair to Crestone. After failing to show up for the appointment we contacted Crestone; only to find out they do not service our type of refrigerator. Home Depot never should have sourced out repairs to a company that cant service our type of refrigerator. Had we not been proactive in finding out why no one showed up, we would have never received any communication for the failed service. We then called Home Depot back and scheduled service through GE. The soonest GE can come out to make a repair is a week out. We will have been out a refrigerator for over a week due the in-competencies of warranty services between the two companies. In the meantime as a concession, we were offered a mini-refrigerator to use until the repair can be made. Unfortunately when we went to the store to pick it up the customer service counter could not find any notes on our situation. After 2 hours of having them try to reach the Home Depot Supervisors overseeing our case we left the store. After experiencing all of this, a warranty through either company is waste of money. And a product that goes out after 2 years is a waste of money.

I have been there four times in the past two weeks to pick up plumbing and electrical supplies for a home project. All three times I have searched through boxes in the plumbing aisle labelled with the product I need, only to find out that the items in the box are not what is supposed to be in the box. With the exception of the customer service desk and door greeter, the staff seems actively ignore you. One employee actually saw me coming and snuck around a corner to continue a private phone call. He seemed annoyed that I interrupted him to ask him to do his job. The third time, I walked out without buying anything because what I had tried to buy the second time still wasnt in stock, even though the website reflects otherwise. Finally, when I shopped there today, the guy at the self check out kept digging through my bag as if I was trying to steal something. I have never had an experience like this at any other Home Depot, but I certainly wont be shopping at this store again. I will drive further to find a competing store with helpful employees.

I was a former employee and worked with Justin Keto.I have no idea how a short cashier with glasses and brown hair has been there as long as she has. She has a bad reputation around there and several customers have complained about her. On the positive side of things, Tyler, Steve, and Matt in garden know their stuff. Ann at the service desk is very helpful. If you ask Jeff or Lynn in electrical anything, they will answer it with ease. Donna in hardware, Rich D in appliances, and Lora the lead generator/popcorn lady are very customer oriented. Suzis great as well. Many people at this store genuinely care about providing an excellent customer experience. The short cashier with brown hair and glasses isnt one of them and I wish management would do something about her attitude problem.

The store is ok but I have lost faith I their ability to choose third party vendors. I setup ssn appointment fur the $49 HVAC tuneup. This is the review posted with ARS / Rescue Rooter describing the experience: The technician shown here (in the confirmation email) is not who showed up. This is how you represented yourself: 1) two cancellations two days in a row 2) after I cancelled the third appointment you still showed up 3) the technician was an hour early 4) the email announcing the technician arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled time 5) the technician shown in the email was the wrong person If you cant get a scheduled appointment correct I have little faith in your ability to perform a good HVAC service. Im glad this went no further.

About 4 horrible experiences at this store so far and Ive decided I am never going back. Basically, super understaffed and the staff they do have is exceptionally rude. Also, cant keep their store stocked. Theres maybe 3 staff members that will actually help you. One night it took us over 2 hours to add 3 stock items onto an order we had scheduled for delivery. Couldnt find anyone and had to go all the way to the returns and exchange area to get help. Weve spent over 30 minutes sitting around waiting for people to come help us. Then they act like its a burden and are extremely rude. Then today a typical piece of abs plumbing wasnt stocked. Another day they didnt have shower pan material. Im over it and wont be going back.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot Store since it has opened. I have worked with Gardening, Flooring, Electrical/Lighting, Plumbing, Paint, Tools, Hardware, Lumber and Tool Rental. All of the floor personal are helpful, friendly and knowledgable about the product they are selling. Being able to answer questions and steer me toward the proper product or tool for the task. The Cashiers, Pro and Customer Service staff also give 110% effort to make the shopping experience a positive time. (This is also a dog friendly store, and I have always said, "show me how a person treats their dog and I will show you how they treat their fellow man.)

For my investment properties, current home, and other random needs, I always go to this Home Depot. They always help us out, sometimes making sure customer satisfaction (not just customer service) is exceeded. They take back products without hassle. They always try to help and if someone doesnt know an answer, theyll find someone that does. Also, as a side benefit, Morrison taxes are lower, so the more you buy, the more you save by going here.

Came in looking for sand and sand bags to create weights. First was sent to Garden by a kind gentleman who spoke very little English. Another guy in garden sent me to lumber where I stood completely ignored while multiple males were helped in the lumber aisle. Finally got one of the men working to make eye contact and he completely belittled me and walked away to help someone else. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Worst customer service! Took over an hour to get help with a front door install at the store, communication to set up the install was a joke. I had to take the day off for the install (because they apparently cant work past 2:00) just to find out they ordered the wrong door and they cant to the install now. Now they have to find a door and until that happens I cant schedule another appoint. WOW!

Terrible customer service - they wouldnt take a coupon off my phone - insisted that I had it printed off and they wouldnt copy my phone or even let me email it to them so they could print it for me. Ive had the prodesk copy and print stuff for me, in addition to emailing me before! They do not do what it takes to make a happy customer - even when its so simple!!
