Going to the counter and making purchases is equivalent to having your toe nails pulled out. Last time I was there they were out of stock on a material I needed and no offer to order, call when received, or to suggest a solution, was made. There was one female counter person recently although that actually had knowledge of building materials and made the experience palatable. If I treated my customers the way they treat me, I would be out of business. I suggest they fire all the counter help (excepting the one female) and replace with people that smile, are helpful, and know building materials. On the other hand the guys which actually pull the material at the warehouses, and the residential folks are wonderful. They smile, run to get what you need, load the materials, and offer assistance as needed.

No help in the showroom, but found a product I liked. Customer service agent (loose term) in store told me I had to get the quote over the phone. Tried several times to get a hold of sales agent. Finally, get a quote after numerous attempts. Tried to order the product, but sales agent never returned repeated phone calls, showroom agent kept referring him to me. Never going back there or recommending them - got my stone from a helpful, friendly, time-conscience supplier.

Great customer service. Was greeted immediately. Went in for some bulk sand to use as a foundation for patio pavers. They did a quick cubic foot calculation based on eight five-gallon buckets. Avoided the scale. Was waaaaayyyyyy less expensive than buying bags at the hardware stores (and why put so much plastic in the landfill when you dont have to?) Will be back for more.

They had everyting I needed but dont expect any help if you are a first timer / DIYer. They are not helpful with calculating amounts or answering questions or giving tips. They clearly serve a clientel of people that already know exactly what they want. My project turned out top notch, the products were great.

They have exactly what you need for older homes, the right type of mortar, sand, rocks, anything else that you wont find in the big box stores. Really happy this place exists and wishing them well on another hundred years of business

Tried to get a quote for a commercial project and had to call in twice and was put on hold for over 5 min. Finally hung up. Impressive web site but not enough for me to want to put up with poor customer service.

Tried to place a stone veneer order with them for a month...told me they finally ordered it, but then they sold it all to someone else. Tim W. is worthless to work with.

Went to look at stone products and were directed to backroom where we were completely ignored by staff as they had a friendly conversation with each other. NICE

Cashier was way to rude for no reason.....I like the products but they need to work on getting people that know how to talk to customers.
