I think maybe it was the particular sales people we worked with but. They up sold us so much and we totally fell for it. We tried to buy just what we needed and ended up with over $1000 worth of accent and decorative tile plus extra supplies. We were told what percentage extra to order based on our project, and it was a pretty extreme over estimate. Tile came in multiple shipments and we were not told this in advance. We were never called when the next shipment arrived. Three weeks later we had to call them to have someone act like we should have already have known the product had arrived.

Awesome customer service and fantastic product and selection!! After shopping at multiple tile shops with little or no customer service, I fell in love with this store when I was greeted at the door by an expert tile layer (30 year experience). The three rooms we have tiled proved to be far better quality and way prettier than the stuff we purchased at three other tile retailers. I highly recommend. Ask for Steve.....he knows his stuff!
