Like poor selection? Like Employees that are surly towards you, who just dont have clue and do not pay attention. Like paying twice what anyone else charges? I only shop here when its a 100% necessary and I still go to Colorado Springs to any store over this one, but sometimes one has an emergency and needs to get something now.. Get this.. Im waiting to check out and the two cashiers who have no one waiting in line are watching a dog in a car and telling each how nice it is. Meanwhile, I wait to be checked out and when one of them finally finds the time Im suppose to tell them what type of product I bought, so she need not walk around the counter to scan it. How about a trip to the yard only to discover that what they said they had in stock was not there and then being taken care of by a bad breath guy who cant figure out how to do a refund. Six years later he gives me the wrong paper work, and gets mad because I laid mine down on the counter. He didnt like my attitude, or the way I placed it back on the counter, meanwhile his breath could make maggots throw up and Ive got to deal with this chinook of foul. Please dont take my word for it, ask a neighbor in Teller County how "professional" these guys are to deal with. I was going to speak to the manager however, with every experience I have ever had with this business Im positive that the fish rots from the head down.Please, Lowes or Home Depot show up. No one will ever come to this place again. Want lumber go to Caseys, now that a great business.

Going into the Woodland Park Foxworth store has been a positive experience. Staff is very friendly, quick to help, knowledgeable where the items you need are. I do handyman work, and work is very slow during the winter months. Theres a lady there, tall, dark hair, she does such a wonderful job of expressing thanks for coming to the store, even though it has been awhile I have brought anything there. She has a good memory of who comes into the store, very supportive of those who works with her. This store is a much more pleasant place to shop than the store I went to in Texas. I have been waited on by various clerks, all have the same upbeat attitude, want to serve and helpful service. Wonderful job!

Inside everyone is nice. Outside The costumer sucks hind T-----. They are rude and let you know, they could care less. I am a flipper, thus spend Between 10 and 20,000.00 Per month on Materials. I spend as little as possible in your WP store. First, my blood pressure goes up when I shop there, second I pay more, third, its about the same time as going to the springs if I, or one of my guys have to go into the yard. Today alone, A truck was parked in front of the pavers. It took 30 minutes to get it moved, whats more, we were lucky we did not get the BIRD. That alone cast me $30.00 I see a lot of frustrated customers out there. I am glad you are asking!!!

Foxworth has become very competitive with Lowes and Home Depot over the last two years. The manager has done a great job in pricing items competitive to the big box companies. They introduced a 10% military discount about two years ago which is in line with Lowes and Home Depot. When you shop here, you get the small town customer service and often called by your first name. The employees are very knowledgeable, professional, and go out of their way to assist you. I continue to have great experiences at Foxworth. Thanks guys. Semper Fi

I had to wait 1/2 for a price on a toilet. Brought it home 2 weeks ago, and it is leaking. Unable to find the location of the leak. We even replaced the wax ring. Also had to wait on another visit for yet ANOTHER price. This time on a door....20 minutes, went to check thew door out and I noticed it was DAMAGED!!! They did not even check for damage before they brought it from the back. And then guess what....they had no other door in stock. PRICE YOUR ITEMS! Your customers time is also important. Leaking toilet will be returned this week.

Ordered a pallet of wood pellets and requested a call beforehand so I could leave work and be there to have them load the pallet into the garage. Good news was that they came days earlier than originally planned. Bad news was that they didnt call so a ton (literally) of pellets was sitting in front of the garage when I got home. I called them right away. They did not have a fork lift handy but one of the employees drove over and transferred them into the garage for me. Above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks again.

They Have IT! Friendly staff that is knowledgeable and not to busy to help you. We had a difficult key for a four-wheeler we wanted a copy of, the gentleman at the counter asked us to wait as he went to get a coworker with more experience making those specific keys. So he did not waste our blank, which we brought. His honesty was refreshing. They we awesome from the entry to the store to the checkout. They will forever have my business.

I like the store. The check out ladies are always very nice. The lady back in paints is always very nice. The guys outside in loading are always very nice. One or two of the guys helping on the floor have to smile a little bit more. Sometimes you ask for help and it is as if you are imposing on them. If I have money to spend in your store, there is no reason that shouldnt make everyone really happy.

Ive always been treated well at Foxworth-Galbraith... good quality on goods there. BUT, I recently got a $10 off coupon, but unfortunately the cashiers knew nothing about the discounts. When one cashier called and asked someone in the office about it, she was told no its 10 %. I had to go home and get my laptop to prove it was $10 off. If such discounts ate offered, all staff should know the details!

I give Foxworth Galbraith five stars. They have experienced people to help with expertise, whether it is about stains, lumber, or plumbing. Tom in the back of the store has helped me on many of my plumbing projects. He knows what works and fits together and saves me time and money. Its the only Home Improvement Center that has 2x12x16 redwood boards in stock.Handy for deck improvements.

No need to drive 30 minutes to the Big Box stores! Foxworth-Galbraith has a huge selection of lumber and hardware at prices just as competitive as those big stores. And if you join their rewards program you save on each purchase and get a reward later too!! All this right in our hometown, and the help is great too. No wandering through endless aisles to find help. They are great!

We ordered 2 pallets of wood pellets on a Sturdy to be delivered to our home. Monday morning the driver called to say he was on the way. He parked his truck at the base of our drive and drove up on a fork lift. He was very careful when he placed the pallet as far into our garage as he could. The whole experience was easy with no problems or drama. Very satisfied.
