Beware, expecially if making a custom order. I ordered a custom sink. First it took three weeks to get in and was in terrible condition. Manager acted like we were bothering him to get it re-ordered. But they dont allow refunds for it. After three more weeks we called and they never put in the order. After 2 more weeks we were called to come in and get it. The girl at the customer service desk said it wasnt in and that I was lying about being called by Home Depot. This was extremely frustrating and made me angry at this point. After they couldnt locate it I found it. It was up front and they had re-shipped the new sink in the old sinks box. But the customer service was terrible. They wouldnt look for it and wouldnt even acknowledge that I was called by them. For some reason they think I like to make up stories about being called by stores??? The quality of the product is horrific. Never buy a custom sink from Home Depot or from woodcrafters. I went to Lowes and made a custom order there for a much better product for less money. I have never written a review before but I was treated so badly I set this up just so I could post.

I was just at the Home Depot at 88th and Wadsworth, i was looking for a plumbing part, nobody was around and I wasnt sure if i had the correct part or not it look very close, i had the old part with me finally found a guy he looked at and said yep looks like the right one. As i was walking to the register i notice a small picture that had a kitchen faucet on it, this part is for my shower, i went to customer service and this young lady whose name was Heather did some research on her computer told me that it was not the right part, she said the part i needed they had 5 in stock. When we got back there the spot was empty, she found what i needed got a ladder, got it down for me. This young Lady is very knowledgeable with everything in this store. It was so nice to have someone go the distance she went to find this for me. Heather, Thank you!

I have been a contractor for last 12 years HD pro customer for 10 years. HD is my second home I ask many questions HD staff for help finding stuff. This particular HD is the worst HD in Denver metro area knowledge of its stuff is below zero if you ask supervisors or managers for help they are even dumber then their employees. If you confront store manager (his name is Ed) he will tell you to go somewhere else that he doesnt care and refuses your business. Did not have problem taking my business down to street to Lowes where customer service is much better than at this particular HD. If Home Depot corporate office knew how much money they lost because of this store manager he would be working at the car wash waxing cars.

I wont shop here anymore. I purchased a window and found a defect after installation. Home Depot blamed the manufacturer (Jeld-Wen) and the manufacturer blamed Home Depot. Talking to the manager at this store, he said, "Why should I go out of my way? I didnt make the window, I just sell it." I tried for months to work with them, only to end up empty-handed. Before this incident, I spent a lot of money in this store. I had occasional issues with products and made a few small returns, but never really asked for help with anything. This was my first big issue with one of their products and the manager let me down in a big way. So now, I go out of MY way to shop elsewhere.

The worst thing I can say about this store is that the shopping center has what feels like a million speed bumps. Ive shopped here quite a bit over the years. Ive been in the area since Hugh M. Woods and Builders Square up the road were the big hardware stores around. This Home Depot has good knowledgeable employees. If you happen to find someone new or outside their expertise, theyll walk you over to someone else who knows what theyre talking about. The store is clean and well-organized. I will continue to shop here so long as Im in the area.

It would get four stars but the parking lot around it is horrible. Its better than the Lowes down the street to the East. At least at this Home Depot you can find help that halfway know what they are talking about. Most of the time I look up what I need online before I go, and then make a note of the aisle and bin location of the items. Then go and pick them up. Its a good, basic Home Depot. Still wishing that Hugh M. Woods were still in that location. But, the big box stores put HMW out of business .

Lousy customer service, item I wanted was behind a pallet of cleaner and 3 different employees told me it wasnt their department. When I went to service desk to ask for help only one person was there already helping someone else. Other employees showed up and started helping pole who showed up after me. When I asked about that was told I lined up in wrong spot. Manager Chris seemed unconcerned when I told him the issues as well. Basically nobody cared or seemed to at all. Go anywhere else.

Was buying sod and went to use coupons and the incredibly rude and disrespectful cashier by the name of Leslie was telling me that I couldnt. I stated my claim that I could and so she called a manager. The manager was very nice and helpful, but throughout making the purchase, Leslie was rolling her eyes and seemed very annoyed. Maybe they should teach their employees that they can match coupons from lows, not just their managers.

This store is nice I was in garden and a garden associate name Luis he his super helpful and really nice he helped me get everything on my list he took his time and everything and then another day I came back again I went back to garden to see if he can help with my list he even went out of his department to help me find everything on my list go to garden and find Luis he his super helpful

Great service via phone interaction. Unfortunately I was looking for custom plexy glass. They dont cut plexy glass for you. So I was told. I found a local biz that cut to size and a thicker sheet for lesser cost of what HD had. Very nice gentleman I spoke with. Was busy at time I called but took my number and said he would call back in 15mibm he called in 10. I will return. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. I thought one dude at the pro customer service finally was going to fix it all and the even he dropped the ball at the end. Here I was 56, all of 125lbs soak and wet with a broken neck left with 2 young kids to help me figure out how to load all the materials in a truck to small that they rented me. Oh, and I have been here 3 hours! I will never come back

Watch what you buy! The prices are mischeviously placed and improperly marked. Thought I was buying $20 plywood. $39.99 at the register. False advertisement and I definitely wont be coming back here. Stars given for the gentlemen who was efficient and kind enough to cut the product. Too bad they wasted their own material.
