Jordan the manager on duty completely rude. Called store to see if they had an item in stock that online said they did was at the Greeley, CO store and they didnt have one of the items his sales associate was lazy and when asked to speak to a manager he answers and tells me they dont have it. Ive worked retail for over 25 years in upper leadership roles and knows allocation and computers showing stock are not always accurate he challenged me when I told him I would call his DM. Sad to say I spoke to the DM and this is why e-commerce is taking over. Office Depot tip for you customer service you cant teach when you hire someone make sure to check references.

Im a musician so every so often I attempt to have my album art printed out but because I use Adobe InDesign on a Mac the dimensions always come out way off. Ive tried several times at Staples and they end up giving up on my stuff. Here though, Schyler really took his time making sure it came out exactly how I wanted everything despite all the same problems Ive had in the past and he got it perfect and was very helpful and knew exactly what he was doing! Thanks!

Horribly disappointed....I bought a printer online and had it delivered to my house. It was delivered in the original box and nothing hiding it so not only did it sit on my porch for who knows how long till we got home from work for the world to see it as a free printer for anyone to steal but it was also a Christmas gift that is now ruined.

Very disappointing experience. I went there specifically because I was told they had the quantity of paper I needed for a last minute project but when I got there within an hour of calling, they didnt. Then the clerk couldnt figure out how to scan the items! Ill never go back.

The store assistant manager, Jennifer, really doesnt give a crap. Cashier doesnt know when the manager will be back, and isnt authorized to take a message. Dont waste your time visiting this store. Poor service!

Staff was helpful, printing costs me $5.18 for 29 pages (two in color), Cathe at the printing and shipping center was wonderful. This will be my go-to printing and shipping location in Loveland!

Staff was friendly and helpful, for that 2 stars, but if they dont have in Stock, what I came here to get now, then Ive wasted my time with this store. Out of a common HP printer.
