I have been less than impressed with their service. Our office moved to a new space and I looked at few different companies for a reception desk and an office desk. I was initially drawn to Peak Office Furniture because they were a smaller company and I expected I would get better service even though their prices were a little more than others. I was sorely disappointed and wrong about that assumption. I was told initially that everything would be in stock and ready to install by my move-in date. Only to be alerted a week later that there were some items on back-order. I accepted that and understood that could happen. Once the delivery finally came they had ordered the wrong pieces for the reception desk. After having to call and tell them of the mistake that they made they charged me another delivery fee to come and correct THEIR mistake. 2 months into the ordering and waiting for problems to be fixed I still had not received my complete office desk. I was looking at the pieces that they had delivered for my desk and I started to realize that they had ordered again the wrong orientation for the piece. Even though I had confirmed multiple times the orientation that I needed. So again to the waiting game to order the correct pieces and wait for them to deliver it and be charged another delivery fee. After they finally delivered my full desk in the correct orientation things still were not right. They were missing a handle for one of the drawers and never called me to tell me that they would fix it. I HAD TO CALL THEM AND TELL THEM THERE WERE PIECES MISSING STILL! On top of that there were holes in the new desk from where they mounted it previously incorrectly and I had to tell them about those as well and ask them to fix it. Needless to say I will never do business with them again and would recommend any other company to try before trying Peaks Office Furniture.

Great Customer service, great prices. I purchased 7 gray chairs through Peak Office, when they arrived some of them were not the right color. I spoke with Dave in customer service and he took care of it immediately.Two days later and I have some very nice chairs for my office. The same chairs were also almost $100 cheaper than other websites.
