I called this Staples store to find out if they recycle old monitors. Then, a helpful Rep answered the phone and confirmed that they accept old monitors. So, Ive been told to bring our old monitors to their store for recycle. Upon my arrival, the cashier asked another Rep "A" who was standing by their printing area about their old monitors policy. Rep "A" wasnt friendly, professional, or polite in handling this situation. It was obvious that he was trying the best he could to cause frustration on both me and their cashier. I was ready to leave the store as soon as possible because his attitude was unbearable. The unprofessional rep kept ignoring both me and the cashier, and was also delaying responses for no clear reasons. He finally gave us a cold answer saying that they wont accept monitors with a glass screen (it looks like old monitors supposed to be made with a plastic screen). After his disrespectful response, I thanked the cashier for his effort to help and walked out with no desire to come back to that store again. Im a Staples business customer and will continue to do business with Staples but apart from that Colorado Blvd. store. I hope that people working there will be properly trained and required to maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude when speaking with customers.

This store rarely has anything in the tech section. They dont have most of the stuff on display in stock. The current general manager, Don, and one of the cashier, Travis, need serious training for customer service. They are like punks from the street corner, with no respect for customers. I asked them a few questions about store policy and they raised their attitude with me. They looked at me like i were trying to scam them. The store was kind of empty and they acted like they had to run to the next customer, but really they just wanted to go back to sit in their small office. The highschool looking cashier, Travis, was even better. No greeting, he then tried to interrogate me for having 4 Amex credit cards. He thinks i am a scam artist. He spent all his time trying to make sure that i am legit and forgot to put my staples reward in the system. He didnt seem to care about that, or apologized, he wanted me out the door. I dont know what gives him the right to treat a customer like that. I am a 10 years plus premier customer, and i am really disappoint in this store customer service.

I came in to purchase ledger paper and an ink cartridge for the brother mfc cdw 9340- I found the ledger paper on my own after two techs at different moments walked by with their heads down with out acknowledging me. Unable to ask for help I circled the store to find my cartridge or help finding it. I found neither and proceeded to check out. When checkout employee didnt ask if I needed any help or if I found everything I was looking for I mentioned I needed this cartridge. She proceeded to use her communication system to ask the many techs on the floor for their assistance. I waited another minute with no answer coming to her, and I left when she asked if anyone was going to answer her or should the customer leave. Not helpful or smart customer service. I will order this item online and not from staples. This was a $100+ dollar sale that was lost due to neglect of customer service -your life blood.

I will never return here i went in to look for some brown paper with my husband he went towards the back of the store while I went to the laptops I was looking around and so was he the paper we wanted wasnt there so we walked out and they were all being fake towards us saying goodnight have a good night blah blah so we leave head over to Home Depot and guess what the police pull us over while getting out of our car and started walking we havent done anything wrong the police then tell us that we stole something from staples that they called them to stop us!! Like wtf really? So they tried searching my car asked us a bunch of stupid question I was very pist off because if we stole something the alarm would of went off as soon as we walked out the dam store. I just couldnt believe how they acted towards us that was very wrong. I will never go back to this store

I had been to another Staples because I was interested in purchasing a computer and accessories. I told the tech manager upon my arrival that I had an appointment in 45 minutes that I could not be late for. The tech manager made me wait 20 minutes before he was ready to take my order. I couldnt place it. I decided to try this Staples instead. As soon as I walked into this store, I had two different people ask me how they could help me. I ended up buying my computer, printer and accessories through this Staples instead. When Ive had tech related questions, I either call or go in and the tech support people are very helpful as well. This was actually my first purchasing experience from Staples and its been a very good one. Ive been back since to purchase more things and they are always friendly and helpful.

Wont be going back, ever. I happened to be sitting on the bench outside, and two cashiers that were working that day, Jen and some other girl, kept talking about their DUI felony and the "molly" that she just bought from some manager named Michelle. If thats not already the dumbest thing youve ever heard somebody do at their place of employment, i also overheard her talking about how HR cant touch them because her manager has them in her pocket, too, and that they are working on getting some other girl they work with fired because "she works too hard and makes them all look bad." This used to be a decent store to go to, but with those employees and politics like that I think Ill spare myself and go elsewhere. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

I wish there as a negative stars setting. I have never had such horrible service anywhere I have ever been in my life. I had them send a fax. Only because the self serve station was being used. I will never give another dime to staples. They acted like it was an inconvenience. Considering theyre there to serve you. I was still trying to be polite. I said thank you have a nice day and they didnt even respond. I was charged almost $10 to send the fax. I am a former officemax employee and that rudeness and unprofessionalism would have never been tolerated there. If you have any office needs go to your local officemax.

I had an extremely positive experience at this location. Assistant manager Colby and Tom helped me over the course of two days to purchase the exact right computer for my business and personal use. Very pleasant and even looked up competitors pricing to see if they could match a better price. Very satisfied with this experience. Alice Two suggestions I have to create customer loyalty and appreciation of the brand would be to have in-store coffee service to make wait times pleasant and to be closed on major holidays such as Easter. I think it says a lot when you let your employees enjoy family time.
