Worst customer service ever. Ordeed a special cable ordered it and paid cash at the store. The gentleman told me that I would recieve it next day. Was recorded on my reciept. I was leaving on a trip and needed the cable for trip. After waiting 3 days they told me the gentleman made a mistake and it would take a week. Had to buy new one online. Went to get my cash back with the cable and was told by Zach that it would not be returned because they didnt carry it. Called customer service in the parking lot and was told they would pick up cable and I would get a check in the mail. Still waiting fo rcheck. Its been 2 weeks to get my CASH back.Zach was rude gave them cash now wsiting. Dont Deal With THESE People. No wonder they are a dead hysiness. No customer service no customers. ....dont buy the are nazi communist. Tried to talk to management but blocked at every level. Beware

A Private User

I purchased OfficeMax brand inkjet cartridges, but when I installed them, they didnt work. Since it was late at night and I had an urgent need to print something, I had to go to WalMart at buy some HP cartridges there. The next day, I exchanged the OfficeMax cartridges, but several months went by before I needed them. As with the first set, they didnt work. I took them back, and they refused to exchange them. They flatly accused me of having used the cartridges. I couldnt believe it. I tried contacting OfficeMax corporate folks, but they kept passing me off to the next person, who typically wouldnt respond. This happened several years ago, and I havent been into OfficeMax since. Still irritates me when I think of them accusing me of trying to rip them off. Certainly they know their cartridges are crappy. I cant have been the only person to have had problems with them.

If I could give this location less than 1 star, I would. They have about 5 people working and no customers, yet nobody approached me to help. When I finally went up to somebody and ask for help, they made me feel stupid because I am NOT a computer nerd and I dont know the technical terms for the product I was looking for. Very unhelpful, very rude and in my opinion the manager of this location should fire and rehire a staff with customer communication skills. Take it for what its worth.

I had an extremely large order. It was a combination of online pick up and in store purchases. Jameson, Adrian, Isaiah (employees) and Krissy(manager) went above and beyond to make experience great and I will make this my permanent office supply store. Very appreciative of their customer service. Well done!

Very rude ladies in the print department. The one searching the email scathed at me that she hadnt found it and made a face when I told her my email address. The blonde girl was swearing and complaining about a job she had to do and the man walked up to help me then ignored me. Awful.

Worst costumer service ever!! Employees are not trained correctly on services offered in store. Problems then arise and of course no one wants to do anything to help. Not even the store manager. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I went in to have a few signs printed and posters made. The gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He had to perform some detailed precision cutting to help me with my order and did a fantastic job!

Went in to print two pages thinking I would be in and out in as many minutes, but between the glacially slow computer, wrongly configured printer settings and inattentive service, the experience took half an hour. Painful.
