How to use the self-service print station at Staples: 1. Have a USB flash drive? That sucks, because theres nothing here that will read it. 2. Want to use the handy service that lets you pull up your files from Dropbox or Google Drive? That sucks too, because both of those services think that the Staples printers are malicious hackers with poor security settings and will block your attempts to access your files. 3. Want to use your mobile device? SURE! Email the file to a third-party service. Wait five minutes for them to send you a code by email. Type that code into the printer. The printer will then take your .jpg, blow it up to the size of a full newspaper page without the option to adjust it at all, and print! Good luck getting a refund on that! 4. Want to cut your new giant newspaper page in half? That will cost you $2 PER PAGE for a team member to do it for you! Theres no paper slicer available to do it yourself because "management says people arent using them correctly". I hope youre good with a pair of scissors! If youre going to go buy pencils and a backpack, go to Staples! If you want the experience of printing something or doing anything remotely close to requiring customer assistance then save a few minutes by punching yourself in the face and then walk a mile down to the next closest printing service. I spent two years going here twice a week, and right around the time of their remodel their customer service and equipment went from spectacular to garbage.

The experience was NOT "Easy," but it was an absolute waste of time and money. I purchased a new Dell laptop from them and went with the suggested extended $250 warranty which was explained as hassle free by the sales person - "bring it in and we fix it..." well the implication was that their in house technicians would take care of any issue but the reality was that when I brought my computer with failed hard drive in after only 9 mos, I sat at the tech desk on the phone with an outsourced warranty company from MY cell phone for an hour to only find out that all computers needed to be shipped out to be looked at, taking approximately 2 weeks and that I would be charged by Staples to retrieve any data off the failed hard drive. Easy? No, nightmare is more like it. I paid a private tech from Lyons to install a new hard drive and set everything up - 2 days and Im back up and running. Thanks for nothing Staples. Oh, and when I told the tech at STaples that I should have bought a Mac, he said, "yea, they break too - the apple store techs walk over here to buy their hard drives..." to which I replied, .."and they fix their clients computers in house and in a timely manner." He couldnt disagree.

This is my worst shopping experience in my life. I ordered this item on 4/23 and it said I can pick up this item in store on 4/27. When I placed the order, the item was still available. However, on 4/26 morning, I received an message and it said this item was no longer available and the order was canceled. The most funny thing is that at that time when I checked this item online, it still showed that this item was available but my order is canceled anyway. So I went to other retailer store and brought one. But things does not end. I received another email on 4/28 and it said my order was ready to pick up. So I have to went to the store and check if they really sent me this order. I did find a package in the store with my name. Ridiculous things happened again. The package was empty!!! Staples sent me my order with an empty box and notified me that my order is ready to pick up!! How funny it is!! I have nothing else to do but just called the staple and made sure that they dont charge my card. I must say this is the most funny and ridiculous shopping experience in my life. I will never ever buy anything from Staples. Staples really really sucks!

Well from the other review of this store, it looks like things have not changed much in 7 months. I went to Staples this week with my girlfriend to get some software for my small business. After waiting around for 20 minutes trying to get someone attention, finally one of the "Assistant Manager" employees came over to ask if we needed help. Finally! I thought to myself, someone to help us. Well, besides not knowing anything about the software I was thinking about purchasing, he was also quite rude to me, talking down to me like I was a kid or a moron. This person also could not keep his eyes off of my girlfriends chest and body, which really began to irritate me. At one point I had to ask him to please look at me when he was talking to me, and not at my girlfriend, who was bending over to see some of their Ipad accessories. I will NEVER, EVER go back to a Staples. As a matter of fact, I will go out of my way in the future to never enter a Staples again. Rude, obnoxious, and salacious. NO THANK YOU, NOT EASY.

Poor customer service. I was one of two customers and there were about 8 employees, yet it took them 15 minutes to figure out who I should talk to about picking up an order. Then told computers were down and no one apologized, they just said they were down internationally as an excuse as to why my order wasnt ready. Called the next day and was put on hold and then hung up on. Not using these guys again!
