Found a chair on their website I wanted but I wanted to test it out first. Should have been a 30 min trip to try it out, purchase it, and be home. 2 1/2 hours and 3 trips later, not to mention lugging the wrong chair all the way down to the basement and unpacking it to find out its not the chair I tested out in the store.. The guy that helped me carry the chair to my car is about the only employee that should be there. The guy at the front desk was rude and cold and theres not enough employees running that store to make it worth your time. Order all your office supplies from Amazon and save the trouble.

The gentleman behind the copy & print counter, William, helped me print two large posters tonight. I had originally placed an online order to have it printed at a nearby Office Depot, but since they were having issues with their printers, this OfficeMax took the job. I went to pick it up 10 min before closing, and received genuinely kind service that really made my day. Another gentleman behind the check out counter was also very kind. Thank you for all your help!

What can be said about reliability of expectation. These stores have excellent inventory. My particular clerk was a little inattentive but whatever. Large parking area so that shouldnt be a problem.

Print and copy center employees have always been helpful for my printing needs. Supplies are somewhat over-priced and can find cheaper on Amazon. Love the back to school sales for cheap supplies.
