Walked in needing 100 color copies of an electronic document, prepared to wait for copies in store. The copy machine needed new toner apparently, so the operator attempted to fix the machine while we waited. One hour later, no copies and the operator had given up. We had picked up some small items (cards, pens) while waiting, and went to check out. Only one other customer is in the store at this point and theyre ahead of us in the only open checkout line (weve got places to be, and are running way late, but at least this shouldnt take long). After 5 minutes, the checkout had still not completed. The "customer service" desk employee had stood by from the time we came in, talking with the copy operator, and standing at the service counter. Finally, while we were (still) waiting at the checkout, she deigned to help a woman who had just walked in with a refund at the second register. After I audibly complained about waiting, especially after the failed copies, the cashier said "some people are so impatient." I dont need to put up with this. I dropped the items I had for purchase into the most convenient store display, walked out and went to Office Max down the street. TL; DR: One hour later, no copies. Zero cares given from cashier or customer service desk employee. "You know what we got here? We got an elastic product. You know what that means? Greatest place Ive found for service They go above and beyond . Always come out with better results than I anticipated. Everyone no matter what day has been helpful from cashiers, sales staff, manager, copy print staff. I have small business dont know what I would do without them. Sometimes busy be patient even then there great in handling your needs as soon and as fast as they can Won t go anywhere else .

Very poor customer service this morning, they couldnt find a very simple online order their system emailed confirmation: ready for pick up. Three employees couldnt complete this basic of tasks. Resulted in them requesting I go back to my office to print out the confirmation and bring it back.. Very disappointing!

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I went there to print an obituary for my grandfather who had just died a few days earlier and the lady behind the counter (Maria) yelled at me to get off the computer. She was very rude and told me she needs the computer available at any moment and get off it!
