Only person in copy and print 3 people in store total shopping . in a hurry guy in copy and print totally ignored me, would even look at me. talking to other employee showing him a video he made another employee walks buy says showing him the video, yeah. 10 min. standing there being ignored not even 10ft away from me god mad and left. YOUR AT WORK TO WORK! NOT WATCH A DUMB VIDEO YOU MADE. Had papers I needed copied and mailed by 5:30 pm today and didnt make it to the post office because your dumb employee thought his video was more important than why he is being paid to be there to help people. Youve wasted my time for the last time Office Max!

Great fast shopping experience, usually they always have what I need. The reason not 5 stars is because some of their staff is kind of lazy. I was looking for ink once and instead of walking me to the locating where the ink was located the employee swung her arm and pointed somewhere in general direction. I dont mind looking for things I need but common, when someone asks, be considerate enough to walk your costumer to the location of the ink. It took me another 5 minutes to actually walk through the store "in the general location she pointed" to find what I needed.

The worst shopping experience Ive had in a while. It seems that if the tall guy Jamie isnt working, nobody can accomplish anything without him having to point out every little step on how to do their job. If I were a business owner I would steal Jamie away from this horrible company and put him to good use. Jamie seems to be why this store is even in business, his customer service is excellent and his printing knowledge is greater than anyone I have ever encountered. the rest of the staff just seems like theyre just getting by.

I came in for some envelopes, light bulbs, and moving boxes. I stumbled into laptops and found one that works for me. Case looked good, and service plan seemed reasonable. I got the envelopes light bulbs and then asked for some moving boxes. I know product is shipped in boxes, but the manager only wanted to sell me new ones. I left the sale and went to Staples. They happily gave me free shipping boxes and I purchased a computer and supplies just over 2k. This is how you go out of business office max/depot.

Steve or papa Steve as they called him had the worst attitude there. Steve making these noise as if he was very unhappy to be there. Giving every customer (4 people ahead of me) very bad attitude. Not very helpful Steve is the reason why I will never be going back to this store. His attitude ruined my day. I just wanted to refill the ink cartridge that would take hours to fill.

I have used OfficeMax Alameda and Broadway for many years, purchasing printers, supplies, and printing services. The employees have always been exceptionally helpful. I have recommend this store to many people and everyone tells me they were greatly satisfied with the services provided.

Called and had them set aside a hard drive told them it would take an hour to get there, They said no problem. after an hour of driving they told me they were sold out. Two hours of driving and I will never be a customer of office max again.

This manager takes really good care of his customers. I go in a lot to get copies, they will be backed up every once in awhile but they are always doing their best. I have to give it to them they do treat customers right!!! You go!!!!

Abysmal customer service, after printing off everything for the girl in front of us the employee told us sorry itll be 30 minutes Im taking my break. I only wanted to print off two sheets. Lost my buisness for good.

The self service Fedex Services are confusing and only reluctantly explained by the clerk. It is great to have a lot of drop off places but Fedex and Office Max need to work on streamlining the procedures.

Nice bright store. Had some window clings made for a store and they came out wrong, store didnt charge me and offered to redo them. Unfortunately timelines didnt allow that.
