My husband and I recently looked at a used GMC Denali at King Auto Group in Longmont. When we first looked at it, it had just arrived on the lot and it was dirty, missing the 3rd row seats and had not gotten the used car inspection yet. The salesman Ryan assured us that it was going to go through the inspection the next day and it would be all cleaned up and ready for us to test drive. This was on a Tuesday night....... Wednesday came, Thursday came and NO CALL from Ryan. We had to call Ryan to see what was happening with the car and to see if it was ready for us to come test drive it - WE HAD TO CALL HIM!! Finally on Friday my husband called yet again to see what was happening with the car since Ryan was not contacting us and he agreed to let us come test drive. We show up at 6pm on Friday night and the car is in the same exact shape it was in on Tuesday night. NOTHING had been done at all!!!! No clean up at all or inspection and the 3rd row seats were still missing which Ryan had told us on Tuesday they were going to get from the previous owner because he didnt turn them in when he traded the car in. Now we told Ryan when we first looked at this car that we NEEDED the 3rd row seats because we have 3 kids and that was a deal breaker for us since that was the reason we were looking at this car in the first place. We had looked all over town at used Yukons and they were not in good shape at all and this one seemed to be the best one we had found so we were pretty excited. We took the test drive, thankfully we didnt bring the kids because we couldnt have done it with them without the 3rd row seats! and when we got back to the dealership to talk prices, we asked again about when they were going to get the 3rd row seats from the previous owner. After about 25 minutes of asking, Ryan finally admitted that the owner didnt have them and they werent going to get them!!! The Used Car Manager would not lower the price of the car at all except for $800 for the price of the seats that were missing and expected us to go buy our own!!!! Now isnt that great customer service for you!!! He is so LAZY that he cant even order any seats for a sale of a car!!! I had to ask if there were any other cars on the lot that had any seats that would fit that we could put in it and when we went and looked at the others on the lot, none of them matched but they were wanting us to do that so they just get rid of us. This dealership is a JOKE!!! The salesman are USELESS and the Used Car Salesman is WORTHLESS too!! I would drive to Boulder or Denver to buy a car any day of the week than go to King Auto! We ended up going to McCaddens in Boulder and found a nicer, cleaner GMC Denali and were treated like royalty!!! They were Fabulous!!! King Auto is a Joke!!!

Took My 06 Hummer H3 in for service due to rough idle and radiator leak and check engine light on, was given a 17 chevy silverado (nice truck) as a loaner, was told my timing chain was stretched, service kept my car for 8 days for repairs, hefty bill, engine light came on one day later. Will be returning car again tomorrow, hopefully I can update with positive info. Quick update, service department kept my car another 2 days, again gave me the 17 silverado as a loaner. In the end it appears my fuel injectors were clogged/restricted. Car appears to be performing fine now, only disappointment would be they tried to turn my 10% veterans discount into store credit, I refused that and ended up getting maximum allowable discount of $150 discount credited back to my credit card, bill was $3365 in all, ouch...

Brought my van in when I first moved to this location. For the past 3-4 years it had been running fairly poorly, not much ooomph when going up hills. Brought it in for a tune-up and the technician found that it needed a new fuel injector. It has since run like it was a teenager with more energy. I swear by these guys! I have brought it religiously to them ever since with excellent results.

Matt Harvey and Ryan Buchanan at King Longmont were able to attain financing for a NEW car in March of 2014!!! Considering my credit was less than desirable I was pleasantly surprised. They treated me with such dignity and work diligently to get me the best possible deal. This was one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend.
