I wouldnt suggest this business to anyone at all. The down payment is several thousand dollars for vehicles who all have over 100k miles, and lots of wear and tear. I wish we had known sooner about auto loans working with bad credit, and repos and all else this dealership offers. I would recommend car buyers looking into RoadLoans, Santander, Exeter, CPS Financial and all other auto loans dealing with bad credit, allowing the buyer a newer dependable vehicle, instead of being stuck with a BHPH dealership that is a rip off to car buyers and their credit score. I found out that the only way this dealership will work with you, is through a Better Business Bureau complaint. Awful communication skills and customer service. The first vehicle we got here had endless mechanical problems and we gave it back most willingly. The second vehicle we got here (and still have), has been fine (besides the fact that the battery and front and rear brakes/rotors were out within a month-costing over $700 ), the integrity of this business is lacking and does not compensate for their 2:1 lemon ratio.

Im going to say three stars cuz when I first got my truck I was so happy and they were very helpful and very kind. I felt so blessed but then all that came to a end really fast. My Tahoe is falling apart on me and no matter how many times we put it in the shop its more and more falling apart on it. Now my sunroof is broken and will not close and I dont even know why its happening we have to pull the fuse in the truck to make the blower go off to the air conditioner or heater go off. I was told by a shop that my truck is having electrical issues ugh and this is the only car we have. Still paying on I through Abilene used cars. When I asked them if they could get this items fixed and add it on my payments I was told I could take it to their mechanic but I would have to pay half to get my truck back. IDK wat to do just spend so much money to get things that was wrong with it fixed and then my truck is just falling apart more and more. I guess I am at a loss.

This is a horrible place if you dont have much to work with or have the greatest credit. They will try to play you out of your money and over price. They dont budge on any of the cars they sell. And as a women the four times I went there to give them a chance I felt like I was treated unfairly. I honestly would not recommend if this is your position.

Good at first recived a call that same week to fix paper work recieved a pay off reciept showing nothing owed and they repoed it saying not paid off then u do i have a receipt showing such talked to other customers and they said they never recieved a reciept like that till it was paid off worst place to purchase a car

Even though they say theyre open till six theyre noy. workers watched me pull up got my child out starred at me but continued to watch tv. Soon after all the employees cowardly went out the back door and left me there! its barely 5:58 and theyre gone! Ill take my business else where

They are giving me a chance with a vehicle when i didnt feel like Id ever get one. Just wish my vehicle didnt have so many problems. Other than that, they are extremely nice AND they ARE trying to help get my car fixed. Hopefully things will keep looking up!!

Worse place to go they all lie they tell you one thing and turn around and tell you something different. My wife for a car and she was 1 day late the finance called and told her she can turn it in or it will be repo. Never again
