I get that they were not one of the participating St Pattys Day stores, even though the news said they were, but I was still disappointed that they didnt have the green doughnuts for St Pattys. Not too big of a deal, BUT what was a big deal is that I was the only one in line, for BOTH inside and drive thru, and it took 10 minutes to get a box of original (I was there at 6:38am). I wrote it off saying, "hell-at least theyll be hot.." NOPE, got them to my office and they sounded like pieces of glass rolling around in the box because they were so cold and hard. Literally like they had been in the refrigerator. With a reputation for GREAT soft/warm doughnuts, this franchised KK did not live up to what corporate wants to portray. Absolutely no reason to go here for $10/dozen for a less than mediocre doughnut. Seriously, they arent good when theyre refrigerated and hard. Id rather have a King Soopers doughnut if thats the case. At least I know what to expect with them.

Stopped with my 2 sons around 3:30 Friday 3/21/14-----what luck, they were coming out hot and fresh!!!! at least we thought we were lucky? Ordered 1/2 dozen original, way excited, only to see the counter attendant begin to box up the "I dont know how old, ones?" Whoa---wait, went our cry for help. We want the greatest doughnuts in the world---FRESH< HOT>, KRISPY CREMES!!!!!!! Mind you, at this point we are the only customers in the store!!!! The Sales Person now explains, that if they were to sell all the Hot>Fresh ones, that they would inturn have to hire more Sales people to handle the business???!!!!??? There were 3 Sales people on Duty, and at least 4 back of the house on duty. Not one of the 3 HOT NOW signs were on, and every single table in the store was dirty. We eventually got our wish---6 HOT & FRESH ORIGINALS, found some paper Towel, cleaned off our table and ate 6 of the best Doughnuts EVER!!!! How would you evaluate our experience?? Karl Mobley

6:32 in the morning....horrible experience...just left there with one person in front of me and nobody else there took almost 15 min to get dozen glazed donuts....5 other people standing around talking and drinking coffee. Wanted to get an assortment but after I saw how long it took the person in front of me decided it would take too long...then the glazed had to come off the assembly line belt and I literally watch while one person boxed the donuts and the other worker stood and watched!!!! Why couldnt he help??? Nobody at the drive through....that person couldnt go to the counter and help out? No teamwork. Just awful....next time will spend the extra time going to dunkin donuts. Not worth the trip here! Awful customer service. Never had a good experience and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.... Dont waste your time!

Me and my friend decided to stop at the krispy kreme really fast because we really like donuts. This place could be so much cooler.they have a limited assortment. We ordered 2 donuts each and we were the next in line (second) after a lady who was ordering 17 dozen donut holes. There were over 5 workers and 2 cash registers at the place, we waited in line for over 15 minutes because none of the workers knew how to ring up the donut holes but no one apologized for the confusion or tried to help us at the other cash register. By the time the transaction was done there was about 10 people behind us in line. Still no apologies. One of the donuts we got was horrible and tasted days old and not fresh. Overrall not happy and a waste of money.

Honestly, I dont want to give them any star for this visit! The staffs are suck and the service is purely disappoint. They should have the halloween special doughnut but when we asked them, they just said that what they show is what they have and we will not do it anymore for today. The staff (female name Linda) replied me immediately without any service mind. (Tada! 5 minutes after I checked out the holloween special doughnut comes and they refuse my request to change doughnut from what Ive chosen) We were here once at the beginning of the year and quite impressive. Although there are one Krispy Kream store in downtown Denver which is nearer for me, I still want to come here. There wont be second chance for them at this branch.

They serve Colorado Springs...poorly. First, they diminish the amount of filling they put in their specialty doughnuts, to the point that the last dozen we bought a week ago had a marble-sized dab in each one. Then they occasionally skip deliveries to Colorado Springs stores entirely for several nights in a row. And now tonight they bring nothing but overstock of the same basic chocolate-covered doughnut by the dozens, and not a single other style. The serving trays are full of entirely ONE kind of doughnut that theyre trying to get rid of. Even the people working at the grocery where I buy them took one look at me staring at the case and, unprompted, said, "Yeah man, I know. They screwed us over again."

This place is terribly unorganized and its gross. Very dirty and believe me. They are so bad at customer service its a joke. They also know NOTING about running a business. Manager Anette and other Manager Bill have no clue how to run this place. As the owner of 4 companies I find this very very unprofessional and a sad excuse for a Krispy Kreme. They wont last long there. Nobody likes people who are rude and very unhygienic in the workplace and thats exactly what this is. Such a rude manager I think she needs to realize she just works at a kripy kreme. Get it right or go to the homeless shelter.

Donuts are great as usual. Some things need to be worked on. First of all in the drive through fix the screen so you can see what you have ordered. You also need to fix the speaker. They also need to have more staff. I was there in the afternoon and was in the drive through line for over 10 minutes. And finally on this last visit for me I got a dozen when I ordered 4. That may sound good but the six I got were plain donuts and not even close to the yummy ones I ordered so I had to turn around and go back.

Ok so I was hype when I got my report card I was hype to get some donuts thanks to my hard work I put in this year, however when I went with a few of my friends to claim our tasty reward they denied us there tasty treats with the escuse of it being summer even though we didnt get our final grades till the start of summer . Once again I cant even say there donuts are tasty or not due to a stupid escuse and as a broke highschool student I dont have any money to pay for these pricy donuts.

I always use the drivethru because it offers the least amount of additional temptation. They are quick, friendly, and have NEVER messed up my order. How many drivethrus can you say that about??? Also, one visit I was shocked while watching the employee gather my order. As she was boxing my donuts, two of the original glazed were slightly smashed on one side. She never hesitated. She removed the damaged donuts, threw them in the trash and replaced them without me saying a word.
