This location is getting more and more frustrating with every time I visit. While the staff excels in friendliness, they lack in urgency. I have waited in a line (time and time again) with approximately 6 ppl in front of me and wait 10+ min. (Sometimes 20 min-this particular incident just occurred on 1/7/17 at 5:45 PM) while waiting for a cafe americano. While they cant control the capacity of customer flow, they can control their organization and this is where I think the problem stems from. They are constantly out of half and half, they Kroger carton is ALWAYS sitting out (is it really hard to stay on top of refilling the insulated canister?). The pastries are never stocked-unless you consider the barista digging in the grocery cart for your pasty stocked! They are out of stir sticks every other time I am there. Its just chaotic. Management NEEDS to step up. They are not representing King Soopers well but even more importantly, Starbucks.

I work near this facility once a week and like to treat myself to a coffee when Im here. However, if you are a working person, I wouldnt recommend going here between 8 and 9..... that apparently is break time and there is one person working. I just went by there, as its a nice snowy morning, and there are 10 people standing in line, and one person working! Yes, there are better things to complain about, but just avoid this place between 8 and 9 in the morning. I dont have time to wait an hour for a drink.

I understand baristas in super market locations are not trained to the caliper of regular Starbucks employees, but saying I am calling my drink incorrectly then arguing with me about it is not really high on my list. The other drink we ordered was disgusting and not even finished it was so bad.

Staff can be kind of flaky here but I attribute that to opening jitters. Many did not know how to work register correctly and seemed to be more interested in socializing than in helping customers. Six people behind the counter and it still took 10 minutes to get a drink.
