I spend way too much time & $ in Starbucks. Having visited dozens of locations across the country in the last 15 years or so its usually a non-event to get coffee while doing some work. This morning the two young men working seem to be annoyed and inconvenienced that customers are coming in. They cant move ANY SLOWER nor be any more un-enthused. Putting away stock (a simple task) appears to me too much for them and is taking precedence over customer service. In addition the dropping of boxes is really annoying.

The staff was very friendly and the food/drinks were fantastic. There was a really rude woman that cut in line several times and talked down to the staff over an expired coupon. The woman was awful but the staff did everything they could to resolve the issue with great attitudes.
