The manager is a liar, a cheat, and a no good CROOK! First time we ordered pick up, they forgot my sandwich. Everyone makes mistakes, so we called to tell them, and they told us they would give us a free sandwich next time we ordered. Everyone in my office said the food was decent, however I didnt think the air in the place of my meal was very filling. Sooo the next time we called in our order reminding them of the free meal, and all looked to be going swimmingly. However, when I arrived there was a long waiting line, which is no problem at all, except for the confused and dumbfounded employees behind the counter, with no idea what was going on with the pick up orders. The "manager" arrived to save us from these scared to death recent liberal arts grads, to make even less sense of the situation. He finally figured out peoples orders at what can only be called the pace of a guinea pig Iditarod race. Finally I reached the counter, the man fumbled around for a good 30 seconds with some old receipts before finally acknowledging me. I tell him the name on the order, he walks around in circles for a good 2 minutes looking in random bags before returning to ask me what was in the order. By this time a good 5-7 sheeple have begun a slow hunched over murmuring line of sadness behind me. I tell this managerial fool our 4 item order and he finally goes and grabs a bag, which he had gazed inside a good 4 times, and that clearly has a receipt bearing the name under which the order was placed. While i look inside the bag to check that the contents were as ordered I handed him a card to pay. He tells me the card is declined, and again...so I hand him my card to pay. It works, he finally hands me the receipt, showing the bill, which is full price, including no discount for the free meal we had been promised. I calmly and quickly explain the situation. As he is still holding both cradit cards, he swipes the first one in order to return credit (Of which we have still not recieved on our statement), not the one that paid for the order. By this time the amassing throngs behind me are shuffling so much that I feel a rebellion may be on my hands if I do not move quickly. So I left. And the meal was extremely mediocre. tiny amounts of salad dressing cold soup. The sandwiches pretty good, definitely much better than the air the first time. Regardless, Panera Bread is akin to the fiery pits of hell, just dont go there, or just get help from someone other than the trash heap of a man who leads these lost people.

the bad: I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and the bacon wasnt added even though it was on the reciept. the corn chowder soup is terrible, it isnt cream based, its very watery and tastes strongly of coriander. the good: best broccoli cheddar soup. has great baked bread and bagels. unfortunately my husband refuses to go anymore because of how bad his food always turns out. His soup was gross and every time he orders a sandwich its really bad too. they always add way too much horseradish or have wilted vegetables in the sandwich. I would still go because of my favorite broccoli cheddar soup but its hard to convince my husband to give it another go after 5 consecutive bad experiences, cant blame him.

Panera is usually really good but this particular one was an unpleasant experience. I was treating my mother to lunch and she ordered the Summer Corn Chowder with a baguette and mango smoothie. I order the same except broccoli cheddar soup. Now my soup and bread were good but my moms chowder was very watery and runny and simultaneously had no flavor but too much spice. As for our smoothies, they tasted like cleaning supplies more than mango so we got them refunded and got water instead. The water tasted awful, especially considering it was just water. Tasted unfiltered and like if you drank the water from the sink in a public restroom. Id definitely reccomend a Panera at a different location.

The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Upon ask asking a worker named "Kristy" what was on a sandwich, she replied with "I dont know its a sandwich, read it youself" and preceded to rush me because it was 10 minutes until close. After finally recieving my order, the sandwiches were made poorly AND incorrectly. Due to the fact that "Kristy" was incapable of telling me what was on said sandwich, I could not eat it because it was soaked in mayonnaise. I will never return here. Ridiculous!

I would guess that the earlier negative reviews have been addressed by upper management seeing as how each member of the staff (including the manager) was happy, friendly, welcoming, and all around great! If youre eating at a chain like Panera, you should know what kind of food to expect...its quick casual dining, so no major shakes or ultra fresh ingredients. They do prepare their egg sandwiches fresh and to order. I ate the Steak & Egg on an Everything Bagel and it was delicious!

I am not giving it one star because of the food, because it is always delicious. But there was a blonde lady working the other night when I went in named Christy, she was training a young guy & treating him like absolute trash. It made me so uncomfortable the way she was talking to him while teaching him how to make my order. The young guy, though, handled it with such grace & was very kind in return. I hope he realizes he doesnt have to be treated like that.

We often use this Panera as a meeting place for our Denver-area business partners, as we live in Colorado Springs. Andrew, the manager, and his crew never disappoint! Always courteous, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. Food is always fresh, tasty and done quickly. Restaurant is clean, stocked and organized. Very professionally maintained, which provides a professional atmosphere. Thank you, Andrew and staff!

This place is almost always out of whatever I wanted to come pick up. The wait is long and staff is usually rude or condescending when telling you that they are out of whatever you wanted to buy; but they are very happy to tell you goodbye as you leave. Panera as a company is great but this location I have yet to have a good experience at.

I wish I had caught the name of the amazing young woman who helped me yesterday. This was by far the best Panera catering experience I have ever had. Please look up my order from Wednesday February 1st and find out who this terrific employee and customer service representative was. She deserves all of the kudos!

This store has not advanced to Panera 2.0, so they dont have the pager system or consolidation of the line and barista positions. The food is good and comes out on time. The atrium of the building is a nice place to sit when the main store is overflowing.

Ive been there a few times and the experience was positive, except that I wish the bagels on "Bagel Tuesday" could be as fresh as any other day. But I will add that all Panera Bread restaurants do the same thing, i.e., sell stale bagels on Bagel Tuesday.

Wow! Panera has really upped their salad game! I cant believe how delicious my You Pick Two salads were and both were big portions so now I have lunch tomorrow as well. The service here is awesome-everyone was so friendly! Ill be back! You guys rock :)
