My friend and I shopped at Strut this weekend and spent several hundred dollars on necklaces, wallets and other jewelry. I left the shop, put on the new necklace and 2 hours later noticed that the pendant had fallen off the chain and was nowhere to be found. I called Strut immediately and explained what had happened. The woman told me to come in tomorrow and they would take care of it. I went back the next day and they told me there was nothing they would do for me, sorry - "The sale was final" and "I suggest you look for the designers jewelry on line and purchase a new necklace." Why would I want to buy another piece of poorly made jewelry? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. To tell me come back to their store and when I arrive tell me there is NOTHING they can do for me? I will NEVER be back and I recommend you dont purchase their poorly made merchandise.

I have shopped here 3 times in the past few years. The person in the shop has always been friendly, helpful. I was able to spend a lot of quiet time looking at the bags, w/out any pressure or feeling "on display". It is relaxed, and fun to talk w/ the shop owner about the companies who make the beautiful leather products. I have bought 2 bags there, and they are the most beautiful and most useful for carrying my "stuff". Always worth a visit when I come to Denver to visit my daughter, who lives nearby.

I was just passing by and randomly decided to stop in and take a look. About an hour later I left with a mountain of merchandise for my G/F. You can tell that a lot thought went into choosing every item in the store. It is a once stop shop for top-tier clothing, shoes, and accessories. The sales team and owner were all knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. I plan to stop by again if I am ever in the area. 5-stars for merchandise selection and shopping experience.

Amazing customer service, awesome ambiance, and a huge selection of quality designer brands. I went in looking for boots, and was super happy to find TWO pairs. Couldnt be happier. They knew what brands would be better for my needs, and which ones would last longer.

Not everyone shops for quality merchandise. If you like unique products that are quality Strut is your shop. The owner does a great job of selecting unique quality lines for the store. The sales people are very helpful and a stop here is the start to a great day.
