Great boots. Staff at this store is questionable. I went in trying to get some mink oil. "We dont sell that" she says. Are these folks receiving zero training to sell $300+ fine leather boots? She would have ruined my copper rough & tough leather had i let her. Would not be the first time either. I bought my first pair of CR&T from them about 14 months ago. Trusted them to perform regular oil maintenance at their recommended intervals. Eventually I go into the Fort Collins Red Wing store who tells me my boots look awful and that whoever has been caring for my boots has ruined them. After months of back and forth the FC store I eventually swaps me for a new pair and tells me mink oil only and only 2 times a year or so, based on my habits and job. Its been 4 months and I went to get the mink oil from my local Longmont Red Wing store, see above. Looks like Im heading to Fort Collins.

We recently visited this store to get my partner a pair of boots for work. It was a Sunday, early afternoon, and the only associate in the store, Thomas, was completely swamped. However, he didnt get flustered once. He greeted us immediately upon entering and listened to what we were looking for. He explained briefly who was ahead of us to receive his attention. He handled the entire situation with grace and professionalism, so no one got antsy! When it was our turn, he helped us make the best decision possible, and my partner loves his new boots! Great example of a local business delivering a high quality experience. Not to mention the boots are well-crafted and come with a lifetime warranty. Give Thomas a promotion!

I had bought a pair of boots online and was only able to wear them twice because the heels had started to break, so I brought them here. At this time, I didnt know the entire problem with the heels, so they cemented them down, which solved part of the problem. They didnt have the equipment to fix them completely, but I was okay with that. They got it done in a day and they look nice, save a bit of cement residue here and there, but it does nothing to the quality of the shoe. The only thing I have to complain about is that I was standing in the store for close to twenty minutes, while two people who came in after me were helped before I was. Other than this, my experience here was great.

I like Red Wing work boots. Very expensive, but very high quality. Also, I like the consistently polite and attentive service I get at this store (unlike the Boulder store). On a side note, I did get a botched "tuff toe" once. Its a little cheaper to order it online and do it yourself. Its not that difficult, but it is easy to screw up aesthetically. Id rather screw it up myself than pay the guy at the store to screw it up. Especially since the price of the boots has me emotionally invested in them. LOL.

REALLY wanted to like these guys. I took some shoes over to have them resoled and , wow... $100? Really? Thats more than I paid for them (and these were higher end dress Rockports). I checked out the prices on their own shoes and..wow. Made in America really does have a serious cost disadvantage nowadays. This makes me sad, but, its the reality.

Patient and knowledgeable service. Red Wing Shoes may just make me a regular loyal customer. Abbey was awesome. She showed me the whole process for caring for my shoes and even helped me polish up the load old boots I had on my feet.

Nice staff easy to deal with, didnt have the shoes in stock in my size and color, tried on a pair that were the same style, where able to order and ship to my house instead of having to come back in.

Rob the manager is great. He helped me for an hour to find the right pair of boots. I will definitely go back to the Longmont Red Wing store if I can ever destroy the work boots I have now
