Unbelievable. 3 people working on Saturday - 4/18/15 around 2pm. You should be fired. 2 men and 1 young girl had no care in the world about the 7 customers in the store. I am 61" and can be seen easily. Looking at mens boots and womens shoes for about 10 minutes, I looked around for some help. One tubby guy that seemed to work harder at keeping his pants up walked around some of the isles pretending to straighten some shoe boxes all the while drooling over the pretty women in the store. The other guy and young girl did a few transactions, but paid more attention to their cell phones and each other than any customer in the store. As I waited for any of them to free themselves to help me, I found myself standing in the center of the store, with folded arms, staring at them in shock for 20 minutes. Each one of them looked in my direction several times but averted their eyes and noticeably avoided eye contact after that. I just could not believe I was in that store for about 30 minutes and have not been spoken to. I surely passed 10 other shoes stores to get to this store and there is another shoe store RIGHT NEXT DOOR, and they ignored me that way. The store next door reaped the benefits of my 8 pair purchase. I still need to make purchases, but can guarantee, they will not see a dime of my money.

I love this store! I will be going back! The girl that was working when I went in was so helpful! I cant remember her name but she was great. I had my 5 mo old son with me so I was expecting to have a difficult time finding what I wanted but she asked if she could help and when I told her I was looking for comfortable shoes for work that also look nice because I work at a hotel she new exactly what shoe to go to. I ended up buying them they are Dr. Scholls Joliet black shoes. I wore them to work last night and they are the best pare of flats I have even owned. So comfy and super cute! MY FEET THANK YOU! :D

Found what we were looking for in short order. Had several choices to try on and was able to narrow down the choices to the best comfortable shoe. Staff was helpful and each one working offered their help.
