My husband and I went in to the store one evening there was three ladys working not one of them could help us. I asked three Xs. I should not have to do there job. This was the worst service I ever had as you Carnival. I had to have my husband go look for the cashier to check us out. When I ask for help I would think one of them would come help but no. I even told the cashier that I will have to go another shoes Carnival store. All she said is ok she should have asked me if she could help me not till me ok.

Your return policy is a crock of crap, cant refund if the shoes have been worn????? I bought a pair of mens dress shoes for my husband who wore them for 30 minutes trying to adjust to them but they were just to big, i got them in the size he wears but these were really big for some reason. I had never been to or even heard of this store so this was obviously unknown to me. So I just left the shoes and receipt on the counter and walked out.

Its OK I mean prices are decent. But the store it self was a mess. The people that shop there dont have any kind of respect to the store. The store was so messy it was crazy. The cashier was half decent and kind. The environment overall is sad.

Great shoes for kids! I take my boys here all the time and they find shoes they love. And more likely than not you will walk in on some sort of buy a pair or two and get a deal on the next one.

$50 dollar Crocs last 3 times before the backstrap for the heel broke.I will update this after I return them to the store, and let you all know how the store handled it.
