The customer service over the phone, for this store, was TERRIBLE! She not only made it sound like I was wasting her time but she didnt even check to see if the shoe I was looking for, was available at any of the other stores. All she said was, "We dont have that shoe, sorry." and HUNG UP. Then I called another DSW, in Lakewood, and she (Rebecca) not only, kept me posted while I was on hold, but she found the shoe at two other stores, made sure they had it on the floor AND had them hold it for me! Thank you, Rebecca!!! Its customer service, like yours, that turned me into a shoe person at DSW :)

Not a bad place. Pretty clean and neat presentation. When you first walk in the first thing you notice is that its nothing but shoes. There are other items, but it is definitely a shoe warehouse. My only issue is that there was only one type of basketball shoe for me. Not even a good looking shoe. Especially for the asking price. The customer service is pretty good. Nowhere near as bad as Wal-Mart. Lol. You can tell the people there actually care about their job. I absolutely recommend this place for dress shoes and boots.

They have decent prices on shoes, but they dont have a great stock of sizes. I found some shoes I liked, but they werent in my size and the one pair that was had a stain on them. They offered 10% off, but I dont see the appeal in going to get a new pair of shoes with a stain on them. They also offer to order them for you and have them shipped, but if I wanted to do that I would have skipped the brick and mortar store all together.

The customer service representative didnt know about shoes, I asked him about steel toes shoes and he even said they dont have them the kind I needed there. I looked in the box and it said what I needed, he didnt even ask me if I needed anything else, he just left and started talking to his other Co workers. What a bad service. Shoes are normal, price a bit expensive.

Used to have great luck at this place but the quality has gone way down & the prices way up. Its not a clearance if you overprice something then take 30% to knock it back down to around the original price. Ever hear of the internet?? Can get the same things for a fraction of the cost. Unless youre a niche specialty shop, brick & mortar is dead.

They have Vans here. Thats good enough for me, also, the folks that work there are nice too. Only you have to really remind them that they have to make change to you on your gift card when the balance is under $5.00, this is the law in Colorado, and they dont want to do it.

This place has excellent customer service. Philippe was attentive and helpful, and made sure I was satisfied with my order. A smile and good attitude make the world of a difference. I will definitely be back, even though its a long drive from my house.

I love dsw. Shop there all the time, visited this one for the first time and will never go back. Manager was the rudest person Ive ever met and the employees started talkin crap about me before I even walked out of the store. Never going back there

For a do it yourself place, the DSW on Colo. Blvd and Mexico has some of the best customer service out there. Always friendly, courteous and helpful. The shoe selection wasnt as extensive as usual so I only got 4 pairs of shoes this time

There was a sales guy on the floor with glasses and reddish hair. I approached him to ask a question and he ignored me till I was right in his face. He proceeded to act annoyed as if I was bothering him and didnt help me at all.

OK selection. Employees buzz around but dont bug you. The music though! Urgh! It is awful techo-elevator and its too loud to tune out. Not a reason to skip shopping here but your tolerance may be tested!

Tons of shoes to chose from, prices are not bad either. I scored a pair of Timberland Boot Company Woodehouse chukkas for $90, while they sold for $295 at Nordstrom.
