If I could give it one star i would. I was in here yesterday and i am so very unimpressed with the poor service I, my sister and brother-in-law received here. not only were the two women that were working there extremely rude to my brother when he tried to inquire whether they carried a certain type of shoe but Her response was she had never heard of that type of shoe before, when it is so very clearly listed on the website and all she would have had to do was look but evidently she did not care enough to look for it. Well me and my sister were looking through the discount rack in the very back of the store the two employees stood in the adjacent aisle just staring at me for god only knows why, for almost half the time I was there looking at the shoes like I planned on stealing them and not once did either one of them offer me any assistance or asked if I needed any help. I really did like shopping here they have a pretty good selection and I always loved going to the clearance rack but now I do not believe I will shop here anymore. What a poor excuse for employees who obviously do not take their job seriously.

Talk about customer service! If you are looking for great shoes and wonderful customer service to help you find the right pair, DSW in Longmont is the place to go. I needed a pair of dress shoes for a charity event and the store manager, Erin, took care of everything! Not only did she help me find the right pair of shoes, she also went out of her way to help me order the a pair they did not have in stock at their store. Great prices as well!

Better than expected, at least, if youre a guy. If youre a girl? OMG! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! (this is what my female friends tell me when they drag me there to go shopping). The good news is they have a nice selection of shoes for men that are reasonably priced (similar to Amazon AND you get to actually try them on which is darned handy when it comes to shoes).

No mens all black dress boots. They have all kinds of womens dress boots in all black, but mens have brown soles you can see around the sides when wearing them. I understand that is the style nowadays but all blacks are CLASSIC. Very helpful staff but the corporate purchaser hates classic styles

Staff is friendly and very clean store. Non sale prices are ok maybe a little high depending on the brand but they always have a large clearance selection and the 70-80% clearance items are an excellent buy.

Prices seem high in most of the store for being a discount warehouse, but the closeout area is super cheap if you can find something you like.
