Worst service I have ever received at a dsw. Cant believe the way I was treated by the Mod and the fact that she was boldly rolling her eyes at me and the way my and my friend and aunt were treated. Was so horrible and im completely disgusted that the actaully a representation of the companu. The gact that two mamagers were openly rude... and me being even transferred from one state to another as previous employer at a different Dsws I know that this type of customer service is highly frowned upon an very unexceptable. i know i will not ever shop at this location again. I will stick with the weminister store the Denver location in parkmeadows and even bowled store... but this Dsw doesnt deserve an awesome shoelover like me. I still love DSW but I will never stop or shop back at this store... I will always be a rewards member and will shop Dsw because I love shoes... but this store needs to be coached on how to follow there policy and the principals and most importantly how to treat there customer and mainly not rolling their eye at their cosutomer actually offering to assist a customer. I will be contacting corp.

Wow every time I go in I always find the right shoes the right assessories and if I want to get a bag and a pair of shoes that matches their always very eager to please me to find it somewhere else or we order it Im very pleased every time ishop

Love this place a diamond in the rough. Cause I never went to this store in Vegas.... But I love it now.. The only store I can walk in and find 2 pairs of shoes in less than 30 mins...
