Went in to grab some winter boots for my little girl. I spent 15-20 minutes navigating through sales shelves and kids shoe rack. Store manager was across from me a couple rows talking to an employee about how hard cashier tests used to be for the company and his life story. Neither of them looked our way to offer help in finding anything. Neither of them asked how we were doing or if we needed anything. Unprofessional environment to have to listen to the sort of chat I was exposed to. Inconsiderate to be ignored the way we had been. Down right frustrating to not be able to find your little girl a new pair of boots for school and have to leave without any help. Heart breaking to have to tell your little girl that has autism that there are no boots for her, as she then breaks down, and we need to try somewhere else. My daughter doesnt understand that its ok the store doesnt have any boots for her and we can go somewhere else. Its not the stores fault either that they dont have the selection we needed there. But damn if I dont have enough on my plate in life already that I cant even be asked if I need help in a shoe store.
