They all know me by heart since it was the one I lived closest to for years. Theyve always been fair and plug in consoles for me to show it works(so these other commenters are lying) they go out of their way to show me where games are if they dont have it and offer to have it shipped to their store. The employees are gamers so they give you advice and tell you about awesome games, I pre-ordered a game and forgot when it came out, they let me buy a used version because they said it was horrible, it was they let me return the used one full refund and put the money I had paid on the new copy to another game. Even though I live over an hour away I still go to this gamestop. The other ones Ive gone to suck.

That store 469 new manager Ethan is a racist and to top it off he hasnt let my brother Tyran come to work there and refuses to add him on the schedule I came in to find out why my brother hasnt been added on the schedule and this came out of an employee mouth that the new manager doesnt like working around black people so that is discrimination and Im in process of filing a civil suit against that store and have that racist store manager removed and boycott the site as well and Im encouraging others to follow suit as well we dont need hate mongers in our area so dont shop at 757 E. 20th ave

I shop at this Gamestop a lot, I know the people and they have always been nothing but helpful to me. Most of them recognize me on the phone when I call for a game and they have always held the game I requested without any problem. as far as them closing at 7 pm... it is the management and not the employees that set that time... so you know what? Either give these people a chance or dont shop there anymore. There are enough people that appreciate the fact they are so close and very helpful that would keep the store going.

I went in to buy a Wii which had the console, a nunchuk, Wii remote, the cables, and sensor. I went straight home and decided to try it out. The Wii console would turn off by itself and so would the Wii remote. That was disappointing and it was only a few minutes after buying it! It was refurbished and I am glad it had the 30 day trial, although it only took a few minutes. I definitely will not return and will go elsewhere.

Absolute worst customer service. I understand the place was busy but I was next in line trying to buy a ps4 and was told I have to stand aside and wait longer because only a store manager has to do the transaction. I have a lot of patience and waited in the long line and then had to wait longer to do simple I give you money and you give me a box with a ps4 in it transaction

Called them at 2:00pm inquiring about the new COD game and if they had any in stock. Guy tells me that they have plenty of copies and would have one ready for me at 5:30pm the same day. I get down there, and he tells me they havent had any available for awhile, and told me to drive clear out to the Colorado Blvd store. Last time I spend money at GameStop.

I bought a game and a download code, and I did not use the download code soon enough, I was told that it stopped working because of my delay. I was never told there was a time limit, and the only thing they did was say: "sorry to say that, but we cant help" I basically wasted money here.

Ive had some pretty unpleasant experiences here, and I am a fairly reasonable human. Faulty equipment, etc. I have also had really solid experiences, so Who am I to judge. Who are any of us to judge, really? Who died and made us all google gods? Seriously, Go to Gameforce instead.

weird store...they seemed to be out of everything I wanted. They kept trying to tell me I can buy a used disc thats all scratched up? Who cares if I can bring it back, I can see it is too scratched to work. waste of time in general, your better off at walmart for a new release.

I am not generally a fan of GameStop I think they are overpriced when you go there to buy and they definitely rip you off when you go there to sell and anyone that has purchased from Gamestop is aware they have one of the worst return / exchange policies out there

I even called ahead and told them I was on the way. For a PS4! And just because there was a shooting at the liquor store nearby they closed early. Youre forcing my hand. This is how money gets spent at Box stores

Not great, but as a former Gamestop employee I would like to point out that this location changed their closing to 7pm due to all the armed robberies that occured after dark. Not really their fault.

If you need something desperately then come here, otherwise make the trip to the location on Colorado Blvd by Whole Foods. This one is small and selection could be better.
