the service was awful I went in there to sell some of my magic cards a employee I guess his name was Chris was busy eating a pizza after being ignored for several minutes I asked him could I sell some of my magic cards here he rudely told me to look at the buy list I didnt have time to look through the entire buy list so I asked him is there anyway he can look at my cards he rudely reply to me thats why we have a buy list Not only was he rude in the first place and completely ignored me to eat his pizza but I had to ask him for help and he wouldnt even give it to me I went across the street to be helped by someone that actually wanted my business and was told by the employees there that hes rude to a lot of customers it would have took him 5 minutes max to look at my cards but he didnt even grace me with that I recommend buying your magic stuff from coins cards and comics theyre much nicer and will actually try to help you rather than this place game heroes youre not a hero you are a zero update since I wrote this review I emailed the owner a couple of times regarding the issue I had was basically told by the owner it was my fault because they have a buy list owner did nothing to solve the problem I was told by the owner I could email him a list of the cards I wanted to sell trying to give this place a second chance I emailed the list and never heard back from him so I can only assume no one in the store actually cares about the customer they only pretend to its a shame because the owner had a chance to win me back as a customer but instead chose to ignore me again like they did in the store the first time I came in there do not go in the store if you want to trade in cards or sell them your cards because they will ignore you and the owner is a liar because he says he will resolve your issues in the Google reviews but never does anybody could offer a half-hearted apology try taking some concrete steps next time to solve customers issues a half-hearted apology solves no ones problems

I come here on the weekly for Pokemon League and Ive had an amazing experience with both the group that attends and runs the League events and the staff. Both are incredibly welcoming, especially the League professors, but more than that the staff definitely knows what theyre doing and is always willing to help. Chris usually works when Im in, and is super friendly and incredibly on top of things, and has helped me more than I can express. He also makes a point to be very welcoming to guests, especially recurring guests. The store is definitely more Magic oriented, but they still have a really good selection of Pokemon stock, and their prices are unbeatable. Their eBay service is also top quality, especially if youre local. Ive found some good rare singles, both current and very old, at very reasonable prices. I buy pretty much all of my Pokemon TCG pieces here, but be warned that their stock on the less common Pokemon packs can be fairly limited - you may have to turn to some big name retailers for things you cant find here, which can definitely hurt the wallet.

Dont know how relavent this review will be cause I whent a bit back , good stock , iv never had a problem going back now but the first time I whent and was new to magic I tryed to build a deck on a budget and was told my idea for green red was utterly bad , like I didnt have money to spend and was told to build boggles instead. I was basically refused service for my poor ideas and left , going back I suppose maybe I havnt tryed to build a "bad deck" but the workers here should just be happy to get the cards that Im willing to pay for especially as a new player. Now Im playing living end and jeskai nahiri but will not visit the store again cause of that experience unless I cant find the cards I need otherwise , Im also looking at other reviews on here and as they go on , if the manager was willing to do something that bad they wouldnt be getting the same response after a year of reviews , sorry my review couldnt be better , if the owner is willing to talk I wouldnt mind and over all other than customer service the store is not bad and I hope to see improvement

me and my family walked in the store all happy to trade in our cards and the guy was just so rude to us he wouldnt take the time to look at our card he was just be a snob and plus i have 1000 cards in my binder and good rare one the will give u 4 bucks for a 1000 cards i get 12 cards from the MTG pack at the store for 5 bucks and that means i could get a rare one or a hallow graphic they just a total rip off and rude and lazy they had 3 employees there and 4 people playing magic so one could at least took the time and look at our rares but thats why i prefer coins cards and comics because this one time a guy took 2 hours too look at my cards too see if i had anything worth value so thanks for the bad experience and now you are saying my cards arent sorted when they were all in card sleeves and in sets but okay you will never get my service again

***Attention- This is the rudest person I have ever interacted with. Even went as far as to insult my child through an Ebay message. Please read Ebay Reviews on rubiomagic and Game Heroes. I am so upset that I plan on driving 9 hours to rectify the situation because it really is only less than 10 dollars but it is crap that people take the time to treat others poorly. I dont really care about some Magic cards but my kid does. Imagine letting your children play Friday Night Magic there. Terrible terrible business with reviews on Reddit and many other sights and RUDE is the common thread. I hope no one has to deal with the attitude from this place however I am truly in awe!!! I will be coming to the shop soon so that I can figure out my money situation rather than banter back and forth in a child like arguement. MY SITUATION IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.

Im not big into tournament play or competitive play, but I go there for drafts, pre-releases and sometimes to pick up a few singles. Their stock is always up to date, and more importantly, pretty extensive, which is why I go here before I check Amazon if Im looking for an older, more obscure, card. They care about their customer base and do their best to create a quality draft for everyone even if there are a lot of people. I, personally, like the owners of the store. They know what theyre doing. A bad situation resulted in a friend of mine (a regular at Game Heroes), being kicked out of the store. Thomas handled it in a respectful and dutiful manner, and thats really what I want from a shop staff. Only thing is, they dont deal much in other games, but from what I hear they may be soon.
