I have never had a problem with game stop. They gave me a fair price on both trade-ins and purchases. However today comepletely changex my prespective on how this location does buisness. I called ahead and I asked them if they would purchase a PSvita and they said all i need was the charger and when i went in, they said they couldnt take it! A item i recently purhased! The young employee mentioned that it was store policy and there was nothing he can do I really had nothing to say to the man because he was very certain that I can sell it to him over the phone mine to the item was in perfect condition. So even after leaving he was saying smart remarks like have a good day in a tone that completely out rage me for being the man that I am I seem to be left without a word after going to a different game stop they purchased it without a problem!! These employees are really on a power trip !

With the launch of the Switch, I was looking to buy an accessory to protect my screen. I couldve bought one online, but I wanted to protect my device as soon as possible. I grabbed what I thought was the corresponding package, only to be told they were sold out. I asked why have the box on display if they dont have the item and was told the purpose of the box was to prove the item exists. Frustrated, I walked away from the counter - only to be meet by a chorus of rude employees as they continued to accelerate the frustrating experience. Admittedly, once out of the store, I did use some expletives, but again, only in response to their poor customer service. Suffice it to say, I will never set foot in or spend any money at Gamestop ever again.

This GameStop may be small but this was the best GameStop experience Ive had ever. The main guy we worked with was Duane. He was very polite, honest, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped us out a lot and we were very surprised by the professionalism. I would give this place a 4.5 stars only because Andrew was a little rude at first but tried to keep it as professional as possible. But Duane made it all better as he was more than helpful and just a good guy. Ill definitely go here over the GameStop on 120th and Washington.

Awesome! These guys went above and beyond. Not many businesses have good ol customer service like this store. I purchased a Ipod and the warranty. My Ipod stopped working and they could not find the same model . So instead of charging me the difference for a newer one they replace the broken one with a newer model for free. Carter worked on finding me an Ipod for 2 days and Duane the manager did not question me or give me a hard time for the swap. Everyone was more than happy to help. Loved it here .

Got mgsv tpp and theses guys were awesome! I got a promo box of mgsv and these guys had customer service well and beyond what I was expecting and plus they gave me another promo stuff! These guys rock and deserve a little more credit, they have to buy games cheap because of their value and demand of the product, always look around because youll find hidden gems, got loz for a steal and lots of used games for cheap

These guys are awesome, I have never been to a GameStop better than this one, Their customer service is excellent and the staff always has all of the info about everything in the store. I actually travel about 35 miles out of my way just to go to this specific store. Its always clean and well set up and their used product is always in Excellent condition great job guys.

SUPER anal about the condition of used games. The most picky of all the locations! Avoid trading here unless you want to be gouged with Disk Refub fees. However, The manager Dustin is Absolutely Amazing! He is more than willing to go the extra mile in order to keep the customer more than just satisfied. If hes there, you have nothing to worry about.

I had bought a new game of the Sims 4 about a year ago and was 60 dollars and little did I know but the game had been already used 2 years ago...I wasnt able to play so I called origin about the problem and they took care of it but really...Selling people used games is not cool and I paid a lot of money for a game I couldnt even play!

Hi so its Christmas Day I just open a copy of The Division that my mom and brother purchased from here and theres no disk inside whats going on it was all sealed new and theres no disk inside . I visit the store all the time they also purchased a Xbox one with is im gonna have to go in and file a claim about this.

Best Gamestop I have ever had the pleasure of walking into, Every staff member is helpful, knowledgeable and quite the friendly individual. I have recently moved to the Greeley area but travel the necessary Hour drive for this Gamestop only. So long as I live in Colorado, this will be the Gamestop I shop at.

What a great shopping experience. The sales associate was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was getting stuff for my 7 year old son, and I know nothing about video games. The staff made it such a comfortable and easy experience and I will go to them for any needs I have for my sons future video game needs!!

These guys are ok. If you need a game you will get a game. The problem is that they arent very knowledgeable about the games. If you ask if one particular game is good its like they are telling what they heard from somebody else. Overall its still a good place to go to.

I jus hung up with these people. I waited on hold almost five minutes. You idiots just lost a new xbox sale and four games! I think I will just go to walmart. They suck too but at least they can tend the customer.

Smells of gamers BO pretty significantly. The lines move slower than the lines to an amusement park, and to be quite honest their prices are a bit obscene for used games sometimes
