Used games are way cheaper. We went to GameStop and I thought I was going to piss myself laughing at how most of the used games were only a few dollars off from the same game but new. Theres also a larger selection here than Gamestop as far as console goes. Theyve games for Wii, DS, 3DS, XBOX One and 360, PS4,3,2, and 1, along with PSP/Vita games, PC, and even some SEGA and Game Cube games I havent seen in forever. You can also find extra controllers and chords here for most of the consoles. The staff was nice. Id wanted Bloodborne for a while and the guy behind the counter booted it up on his Playstation and let me test it out before I bought. 10/10 would buy again.

I bought a brand new game and was told I had two weeks to return it if it was defective...the game started freezing up at random points towards the end so I borrowed a friends copy to finish it. Went to exchange my copy for something else and was told I had to bring in my hard drive and prove the defect. Screw these guys...I can return a game at Game Stop within 30 days of purchase with no questions asked. No business from me or my friends for this dump ever again!

Never even made it to the store called to ask how much a used ps4 controller was sat on hold for 10 minutes so called back someone picked up right away so they just forgot about me the first time. But asked how much for the controller and a used one is $49.99 the same price as a new one at Sams club so I see no need to ever go to this place when I can get new stuff for the same price as used.

I regularly visit this store for new PS3 games. They always have all the titles on release day. I find it easy to speak with any of the store employees, and the manager Steve seems like a good guy. They give reasonable prices for used games. Playstation, PSP, Nintendo, Xbox. Limited Game guides and a few movies (Used and New). Expect to get a fair shake for your dollar and time.

Kinda displeased with the service lately. Called asked if they had what I was looking for said Id be down to pick it up, granted i arrived at 8:55 but door was locked and was not able to get what I needed. Clearly 9:00 pm close means around 9:00 but should mean 9:00pm. Especially when someone calls beforehand. Kids were quite unhappy as was I.

Garbage. They rip you off BIG time. They tried to offer me $11 for 7 great games. I went to Game Source and got a way better deal ($54). Dont waste your time with this store. My advice is go to Game Source. They are a lot friendlier and will give you the best deal for your trade in weather its in store credit or cash.

Over priced, low inventory... I used to haunt this place many moons ago and it had a lot of great stuff. Now it is just a few displays of over prices games/gear with a grungier staff. I see no reason for going here much less buying anything.

This place is a joke. The service is awful, the workers dont get trained properly and they RIP YOU OFF. I got a gift card that supposedly had 13 dollars on it but when I went to use it a day later there wasnt anything. Alex is the worst.

Game Stop offered me $7 for GTA 5 and Buy Back Games gave me $20. And if I wanted to go buy my game back itd be $5 cheaper. Go local. Go Buy Back Games.
