Used to believe this was a good place. Just drove an hour out of my way to get to a midnight release for the new Pokémon series for 3DS. I was a bit late (12:40) but I literally saw the employees beginning to close. I called, THEY PICKED UP, and said I was right there, but since 5 seconds before they decided to close I now have to drive another two hours in terrible road conditions because your employees didnt care enough. Im screwed out of 2 hours of time Im not normally awake. I will NEVER be recommending gamestop because of this ridiculous attitude. I will be returning everything including the pre-order because at this point I dont even want to play this game anymore. Its one thing if you were already closed but you could have spent a few minutes helping out someone who came within your midnight release hour...

This is the best GameStop in the area! Best pre-launch parties. Stacy rocks! Customer service from everybody is outstanding. And if youre going to some other store, switch to GameStop. They often have food, raffles, gameplay and contests at prelaunch parties.
