I came here just to look at the selection and found they had Pokémon gold. It was relatively inexpensive, so I bought it. I took it home and played it that night, and it worked great. However, it didnt save so I figured I could swap it out for a different Pokémon or just get a return. After going back, I found they didnt have another Pokémon. Refund it is. Well, it turns out, they dont do refunds. I dont really understand this because its a pretty basic rule for customer service. If you sell something that doesnt work, or is defective, you give the customer their money back. But I figure, "hey, its a small business, I could look past that." So they put my return money on a gift card, only able to be used at Buy Back Games. I call around a few stores and none of them have the Pokémon games (Gold, Silver or Platinum) that Im looking for. Its a Gameboy game from the late 90s, so I understand that its not easy to come across. I didnt call the store in Westminster, but I went there on a limb and they actually had another Pokémon gold. I asked the employee if it saves and he said they test them all and it worked. It wasnt exactly a "Yes, it saves" but it was all he gave me. What do you know, it didnt save. Now my patience was running thin, as I live in Aurora and I drove 30 minutes for this game. For the third time, I went to the one that I originally went to (Mississippi and Chambers) and tried to demand a refund. Unlike my initial visit, this employee was not very friendly. They were offering me a refund to a gift card again and said thats "the most they can do". I looked around and found they did actually have Pokémon Platinum. I asked the employee the price and he just said "I think its $45." He didnt look, or even double check his guess. He just gave me a price that was $20 more than the game I had purchased, even though they were the same generation, and should have been closer to the same price. Well I certainly didnt want to give this company more of my money. I looked around at their small selection and found nothing I wanted, so I just grabbed one of the few games for the XBOX 360 that I didnt already have (Midnight Club LA). I thought it was going to be good, but it isnt that great. Its not even the fact that the game I got wasnt great, its the fact that I wanted a specific game, and they wouldnt comply with me. If this company could learn anything, its that the customer comes first, especially when theyve been so patient and jumped through loops for you. I would not recommend this store to anyone, ever.

I did not like anything about this site and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I bought a Nintendo nes controller from this site and they sold me the wrong controller inside the box. When I came to exchange what I had bought they would not accept it because it was a different controller than what was supposed to be in the box. It was their fault and they would not accept responsibility for their mess up. I had to go through a long process as they spoke with their manager until they finally exchanged it. This place is terrible and are not loyal to long time customers at all.

Been to this store a number of times everytime I go the customer service is terrible. No body seems to be happy to work there. Your not greeted when you come in and they dont care if you there or not probably the reason why its NEVER busy. Spend your money where the employee give you at least some customer service definitely NOT HERE.

I had a ton of games and systems to trade in. They took everything from an old Atari, an Odyssey2, 3DO, gamecube and all the games. no one else would take them. also had a bunch of ps1, ps2 and xbox games. they gave me over $450 in credit so I was able to finally get an XB1. The manager Felipe was great! Really nice guy.

They pay $1 per Blu-ray across the board. No research on specific titles or anything, you get $1. Im not mad or anything, but I did pass considering there was a Criterion title in there worth $20 alone. Selling to a retail shop is never going to make you rich, but you should know whats up before making a trip there.

Not that great of a retro selection. The guy working on October 1st during the day was awful at customer service. Didnt even greet meet, sounded like I was bothering him with every question I asked. When I said, "cya" as I was leaving he didnt even respond. Dont bother wasting your time and money here.

I purchased a new game and had a change of heart 5 mins after purchase, wouldnt return my money even with game still in original packaging. Also found the game for a lower prices at gamestop. Supposed manager of store had horrible customer service and some of the employees are lazy and unhelpful.
