Just poor not fair at all. I called for a game which they said they had, since I have no car I had to pay to ride the train and hike there. Got there and saw the case so got in line and waited for about 20 minutes (I was the second person in line the whole time) the other clerk was too busy watching the dust fall I guess, and when I finally was next she looked at the computer for what seemed like 5 minutes only to tell me that they didnt have it. Since she was the only girl there I knew she was the one that I had talked to on the phone. I asked her why she said they did if they didnt. She answered that she saw the case and thought they did. Obviously checking the computer was too difficult at the time.. never returning to this poor excuse of a gamestop.

After calling 3 times and no one picks up we head their since they are still open for another 2 hours to look for a ps4 stand, when we got their we were the only ones their and could get anyone to help us even standing at the desk then when they felt it was good for them they rudely asked us what we wanted then said if you dont see it they dont have it. Never going back their again, and no one should when their are nicer gamestops to go to.

I have came here multiple times for Wii related things and even with a 10 year old system these guys are studs. Spring the store leader helped me pick out games and when I needed to return them and get different ones for my sons skill level there was no hassle what so ever. Will be back!

Customer service is deplorable. Both the female employees couldn t be bothered to say hello, thank you or any thing that would resemble friendliness. Stores selection and prices are fair. But the lack of professionalism and customer service will ensure I do not return.

The people that work here are unknowledgable and rude i remember when bf2 came out i preorderd bf2 whent there at midnite and they had cookies and drink i asked for a cookie and they said no thats for employees only dont shop here.

Friendly and helpful employees. Didnt have the item I needed. They ordered the out of stock item from main warehouse and had it shipped to my local store free of charge.
