Very horrible experience, I first called and see if they had "Sega Saturn games" and the girl with the short black hair said yes. They had nothing of Sega Saturn games. I told the "Slow tall Hispanic" he stated: No, but we might get some every week. I had to wait for them, and they stared at me kind of like they did not care, with no smile, acting very creepy. I had to ask for help, while he sat down. Then I wanted to look at "all the Sega Dreamcast games" I had to ask "3 times". He kept making excuses well you can see the names. We test every game. Hmm did you play the whole game and had no issues, I thought. Then I said I want to see all of them, ( with only 10-15 disc they had). He said just ask which ones? I said "3 times" all of them!!!!!! He did not want to squeeze and grab them, I am FAT and I am 1000 times less lazy than this guy. I want to return them, because how I was treated, but can not. They give you a gift card and screw that. They are good games, Crazy Taxi and Mortal Kombat: Gold. NEVER GO there. His name on the cashier "E QUICK" he is not so quick and very unprofessional. Probably a rapper name, but still not professional. Before that day a year ago the girl still acted the same. She acted like do not talk to me and give me your money so I can leave. Before closing hours and she acted like every thing is a big deal and drama.

I called ahead to make sure this store would buy back an original Xbox. The employee said they could only give me $20 for it. I told him I would be right over, then I drove to the store. Right from the get go I should have known. I walk to the back of the store where an employee just stares at me until I tell him I want to trade in an Xbox. Then without even acknowledging me answers a phone that started ringing. After he finished his conversation and hung up the phone he leaves to go to the back room. When he returns he says they can not buy the Xbox because they have too many. I explained that I just talked to someone, and his response was, "well, I dont know what to tell ya" I would recommend avoiding this particular Buy-Back Games Store. Horrible customer service. I will be taking my business to Game Stop from now on! I would give it a lower rating, but it will not let me rate below 1 star.

You walk in , NO GOOD GAMES for retro are available , just a up charge crazy cost for goldeneye 007 for $30 ?!?! The worst part of it all is that they base your value on games you bring for trade off of pricecharting and tell you OH this is the price we sell it for and lie to your face doing so . Goldeneye on price charting is $15 but you sell it for $30 and all I get is a $7 trade in credit /$4 cash ? Maybe thats why your store has no retro games inside because NOONE respects your prices you give them in on trade value . I highly recommend no one to support such an oppressive system called buyback and support craigslist . Great deals on great games . Try craigslist !!

I brought some games in for trade, and the lady didnt even look at me till I was standing in front of her for like five minutes. She just kept talking to her coworker, I said "I have some games for trade." She ignores me, then like 30 seconds later she finally asked me if she could help me. It took her a long time for her to type the games into the computer because she wouldnt shut up, and she was slamming my games around, then she said 13 dollars trade for like 11 games, I said no. Took them to Docs, they gave me 42 dollars in trade. Horrible experience!! Never going back!

These employees must be high all day, all they do is sit there and stare at you, not really willing to help you out at all. I called less than an hour before driving over there to see if they had a Nintendo DS system. They said they did, but when I got there the Lazy Fat Slob behind the counter says he sold it a couple of hours ago. LIAR!!! I called less than an hour before going and they had it then. From what I can tell from the other reviews, management needs some work teaching their employees some customer service!! These guys are just rude!! Will never go back there.

these guys suck!!!!! i went in to go get my xbox 360 fixed and they did it for $60 for twenty minutes, and i thought that was pretty cool untill i came home to play it and a week later it broke again!!!!!! the guy with the lazy eye is the one who did it and its still not fixed they said it would take about 20 mins again but i waited at subway for 20 mins and they said it would take 2 to 3 days now and its been a week today,and the other people just kinda stare at you waiting to ask them something so that they can reply do you in a dick way to make themselfs happy.

I will agree with most of the other reviews; Customer service is DEFINITELY not their strong suite. They can be unattentive and really dont seem to know much more than the business basics of gaming. That being said, short of pawn hopping or lucking out on CL, this is a great place to find used and vintage equipment at a decent price. They can be unfriendly, but Ive found that if you are patient with them (get off your high horse, the customer is NOT ALWAYS RIGHT) and know how to ask the right questions, these guys really arent that bad.

I WALKED 4 MILES JUST YO FIX MY FREAKING GAME!!! 4 MILES!!! When i got there i was so excited to fix my game. When u walked in no one was at the counter so i looked for tge machine to fix games and it was fin e and the a big fat guy comes out. He just staees at me. I ask him if he can fix my disc he said the machine is broken and he made up an excuse. I showed him the disc and he said $5 dollars would be the cost. I was so pissed when he said it was broken

Are you serious, my BRAND new Dark Souls 3 game I was just offered only 12 dollars for when I know they will sell It for new game price plus at Game Stop guaranteed you will at least get $20.00. Yeah f**k u Ill take my business elswhere...nice try blaming on on old ass system you got In store. Well maybe you should update your systems. Thats how you loose business by trying to play customers for despirate fools.

This place sucks and the fat guy that works there is rude and very unwelcoming the hide the good games I was trying to buy a game a customer trade that was in front of me and when I asked for it the employee said its not for sale and took the good games to the back and left the dam sports ones out and in a rude way said can I help you? I will never come back NOW I SEE WHY THIS PLACE IS ALL WAYS EMPTY!!
