Worst Game Stop Ever just went in there to buy a mic for my Xbox One For $40 because it said it comes with an adapter piece. So Ashley one of the two rude workers there just grabs whatever box she could and rang up the wrong box a different version of the Headset for $30 BUT WITH NO ADAPTER piece in it. then i go back in the store about 2min later (i opened the headset it in my car outside). the i go back trying to be nice about the situation and just said hey i think there was a miss understanding. Explaining that there was no adapter piece like the display box said there was. she replied that "those kind of headsets didnt come with the adapter piece anymore" even though the display box clearly said it did on the box. Then the other worker Jeff was giving me attitude like he didnt want to help me like i was a waste of his time even though i was the only customer in the store at this point! he took the headset box away from me, looked at it and said "I dont think we have another headset in your piece range $30". EVEN THOUGHT THE STANDARD XBOX ONE HEADSET ARE $30 BRAND NEW RIGHT BEHIND HIM and when i pointed that out he turned around with attitude looking clueless and made the EXCHANGE WHICH CAME OUT TO BE THE SAME DAM PRIECE AS THE ONE THEY TRYED TO SELL ME WITH NO ADAPTER...... MORAL OF THE STORY, THEY ARE RUDE ASS PEOPLE WITH SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE ID RATHER GIVE BESTBUY MY MONEY WHICH IS A FIVE MILE DIVE FROM ME BUT SCREW IT THIER THAT BAD PEOPLE

I would rate 0 if I could, these people are extremely rude. When I went into the store there was a verbal ugh and no welcome in or hello, I went in to do a return and told him multiple times and he still put it as a trade, he told me multiple times that I needed myt receipt even though with a pro membership its saved in the computer for the last 5 transactions he finally told me to "Give him a while and look around or something while he pulled them up" then just talked to the other clerk and wasted my time then instead of saying thanks come again he said ok bye I refuse to use this store anymore Id rather drive out of my way to the one on colorado

Went in to preorder a game and asked about some of the rules because it didnt make sense to me. The guy behind the counter was so rude and acting so inconvenienced by my questions I will never go to gamestop again. I buy most games that come out on ps4 and I usually get them here. I went over to Level 7 games on Federal and they were much more friendly so it looks like I found a new place to preorder! Gamestop needs to step it up if they want to compete with everyone else.

Please dont waste your time going to this Gamestop location. The manager, Chris, doesnt have the first clue how to give good customer service. On the contrary, hes very quick to get defensive and try to make the customer feel like a mistake he made is somehow their fault. Unless you enjoy spending your money in a store where the "manager" treats you like youre wasting his time, Id suggest shopping at a different location, or a different video game store altogether.

THE best gamestop around. Everyone is friendly and know video games. I play a lot of games and follow the industry pretty closely but its always nice to have someone working in the industry to know whats going on, it makes it seem like this is more than just a job to them. I love this gamestop and hate going anywhere else. If youre not going to this gamestop then i feel sorry for you.

My wife and I wanted a video games system but werent sure which one. Oscar was extremely helpful and took his time making sure we got the system that fit what we wanted. His enthusiasm for gaming showed, and he set us up with a PS3. He also made sure we got everything we needed so we could enjoy it right away. We will come back here because of the outstanding service Oscar provided.

Coming from multiple years of retail management this is pretty much exactly the kind I person you want heading up your customer interactions. He was polite, informative, and vigilant. Im pleased to say that I am very impressed with the customer service provided at this location.

I wouldnt recommend this location. Upon entering there was no interaction with the employees. Not even a hello. Upon approaching them with a question regarding Thier job description, video game sales representative, I received attitude as if I was interfering with the conversation between the fellow employee. I support the company, but not this location. That is all

Most of these reviews are probably from store associates and lead to a false overall review. My experience is really similar to those that left a more honest review. The customer service is surely lacking here. Most importantly their policy on purchases and returns ain’t the best by far. Check your disks before purchasing or you might be back to get one that works.

Jeff and his staff are the most knowledgeable, friendly and all around perfect salesmen (and women) who always know what I need or where to get it. Being disabled myself, they even help my service dog who is always welcome in the store. I would never go anywhere else with Jeff &co. there to help.

Usually a good experience but they now opt to sell third party computer games that do not work and they will not do anything except refer you to the company that provides the games online. Seems damaging to sell games that could damage your reputation. Really a disappointing experience.

Received very little respect and very poor service from the associates present. We bought over $500 in merchandise and we walked out the door feeling like our patratism was a burden. Very disappointed with this location, rather buy from Walmart from now on.

Terrible service. I brought in a chat adaptor and the manager didnt seem knowledgeable on the product and refused to take it. Sure enough a more knowledgeable gamestop was able to identify the headset and took it. Take your business elsewhere

I live 2 minutes away from this location but I always have to go to a location 20 minutes farther away because this store has terrible stock, always a line, and employees that cant be bothered with customers. Shut em down

Hours are posted that they are open but no one can be bothered to pick up the goddamn phone? Edit: went down to store and sure enough open. Employees ignoring the ringing phone. They just lost a customer!
