Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from a Chevrolet dealer. I wouldnt go there if every other Chevy in town burned down and my car was broken down a block away from the building. If you have no choice, do NOT deal with Anthony Silva. He is the worst customer service representative I have dealt with in a LONG time. Why is this guy still employed? I was ignored by every representive in the store and they pretended like their computers in the cubicles were more important than me waiting just to be acknowledged. I had to ask the parts counter clerk just to take me to the stupid cubicles before any of them would look up. They all looked at me like I had a problem, but nobody looked at me the full 5 minutes I was waiting around to be helped prior to that. I am in athletic attire and black, so Im guessing that is why these people ignored me. Maybe they think Im poor. Maybe my military uniform would be a better choice if I was dumb enough to go back. My car key broke on a hiking trip, so there was no time to change into business attire in the tow truck. They never told me how long the wait would be. Nobody updated me on time. But the older white ladies in the lobby next to just kept getting updates every few minutes. How come nobody could walk over and just tell me that it was going so long for my car keys to be made? I wouldnt have waited 3 hours had I known! Was my time not important? They wasted an entire morning for me when all they had to tell me was that I could have gotten a ride home. They offered one to the white lady, of course, but nobody told me what kind if wait I was in for. Anthony Silva did not even have the courtesy to address me properly. He had a nasty attitude from the get-go and referred to me as "young lady." I am a grown woman. And I make twice as much as you! Maybe I was not old enough or white enough to get good service. Or his respect. I will never go back to this terrible place. The pathetic part about this ordeal is he didnt think I was worthy of good customer service, while others were treated fairly. He had the nerve to try to give me some free car wash coupon as if I care about a freaking car wash! Needless to say I will never go back. I will never recommend them to anybody, and I hope people are cautious of going to a store that will treat people unfairly based on the way that theyre dressed or the color of their skin. I know that the only differences between me and the other customers were that I was black and in athletic attire. This place is garbage.

We are rebuilding our credit and had contacted other dealerships around town and even in Longmont, CO but once I was in contact with Mike Neufeld I was finally moving forward. He was consistent and HONEST. He knew who he was talking to unlike other dealers who would mix me up with other customers, therefor mix up the vehicle in which I was looking for. Other dealers didnt even know their monthly incentives when I was comparing vehicle prices. Remind you this process started over half way in to the month of March. How they can tell me they havent even looked at their monthly incentives and we are well past mid month March is beyond me. They would talk the talk but didnt get anywhere when it came to answers. Mike always called back promptly and often times was diligently calling me to update me of the process. I rarely had to initiate a call. I was very particular of the vehicle I had wanted even if it was used and we lucked out and found a vehicle that was in better shape than most if not perfect condition. I have had some things that needed to be fixed after we have been home with the vehicle and he has been on it and making sure the repairs are taken care of. I have not had to worry about anything once having contact with Mike as he worked very hard every day until the sale was complete. To the gentleman who drove to Oklahoma to pick up the vehicle I wanted to THANK YOU! I would recommend Mike to any and everyone who would need to buy a car whether it be new or used. He worked tirelessly and I felt like I was his only customer, even though I know I wasnt. Maggie is awesome and works miracles, ha! She is definitely wholesome and down to earth, we felt comfortable and very relaxed doing business with her...even if she is a Broncos fan hahahahahaha! Yall are amazing , keep up the good work!

I was treated very well and the people I worked with were extremely nice! I really feel like I not only bought a truck (2013 with 3k miles ) but I became a part of an extended family and although it was a used truck its still fairly new with only 3k for miles. Ive explained to several people there that the truck had a few issues and after a few phone calls and voice mails they really jumped at the chance to help me even though I bought a vehicle out of any warranty which shows me they truly care about their customers! There was also a key taken off my key ring from my trade that somehow found its way with the old keys. Once again a couple phone calls and one awesome person named Nathan, tracked it down and made sure it was returned saving me a few hundred dollars!!! Daniels long has nice people, really really nice. Once the sale is made, after youve bought a vehicle from them I truly believe thats just the beginning because even though the sale is done thats not the end of the deal, thats when the real customer service begins! Its not every day a guy can really rant about a dealership with great news and Im very proud to have had the opportunity to purchase an awesome vehicle from a stellar, 5 + star dealership! Even though I had a few issues (tiny issues) Daniels long chevrolet people have really gone above and beyond to make my buying experience truly awesome! I really hope I get to go back to Daniels long chevrolet to purchase another vehicle and have another stellar experience! ! Thanks to all of you who made my awesome Daniels long purchase possible, you know who you are! !! So go ahead and shop around and when youre ready for stellar treatment from awesome people comes here and buy a vehicle because in my opinion no one holds a candle to DLC!

My husband and I just purchased our first new car at Daniels Long Chevrolet. We were very nervous about the experience and worried that the sales person would be pushy and dishonest. However, our experience at Daniels Long was the complete opposite. Paul Blessing sold us our 2013 Chevy Cruze. He was very helpful, nice and honest. We felt very comfortable while talking with him. We met with four other sales men at other dealerships and Paul is the only one that sat down and talked about the price and fees with us. The others only pointed to the price on the sticker which we knew didnt include any fees or taxes. Paul also only showed us what we were interested in; he didnt try to sell us a more expensive car or a car with features we didnt care about. Paul really listened to our wants and needs. We also took our time doing research and considering our decision. Paul was not pushing us to make a decision right away; he gave us time and space to discuss our options and make the best choice. Once we decided to purchase the Cruze Paul worked very quickly to get us through the paperwork process. We also met the general manager, Mark Barton. He was very pleasant and fun to talk to. We had a long conversation and he made us feel as though he really cared about us and not just about selling another car. The finance lady was pleasant as well but I cant remember her name. She took the time to explain everything we were signing. She also made me feel comofortable enough to ask more questions when I didnt really understand what the form was saying. Thanks Daniels Long, we really appreciate you making this a great car buying experience for us. Well definitely send people your way.
