My husband and I purchased a car from You Sell Auto in Longmont in December 2013. We have recently found out that they lied to us about pretty much everything. First of all, they gave us the wrong carfax. Secondly, they told us that we were the second owners when we are actually the 5th owners. Finally, we asked if the timing belt had just been changed recently. Due to a previous car I am aware of the potential damage that can be done due to a timing belt going out while driving. They informed us that the timing belt had been changed just before the sell of the car. Turns out, it was changed in 2010. In October 2014, on my way to work, the timing belt blew. In order to fix my car it will cost up to $3500. When this happened, my husband went to get the carfax printed again from You Sell Auto to double check the maintenance. The salesman gave us a completely different carfax (about 55 pages smaller). Even our mechanic, who checked out the car before we purchased it, commented on how it was a different carfax than the one we originally received. My attorney sent a letter to the dealership requesting help to cover these costs due to the complete dishonesty of this dealership. We have also filed a BBB complaint. They have chosen to not respond to any form of contact. Please do NOT use this dealership, even if they have the exact car you have been looking for. It will end up not being the car that you think you are purchasing. These people are dishonest and choose to swindle people out of their hard earned money. This business should be shut down!

The only reason they get one star is because I cant give them 0. My process started off easy and pleasant enough when I bought my truck New Years eve. But... Its now mid April, and I still cant plate it because of continued problems with the title paperwork.(this recent one makes two separate times the state has rejected it). The truck came from out of state, and was sold without the required emissions equipment(they did fix it AFTER it failed, but not before sale was completed) and it wasnt properly weighed. But The worst part is there is no sense of urgency on their part to fix these issues. If they needed something from me, it was texts and phone calls. But flip the script, and its days between calls. When you make mistake after mistake and still push me to the back burner, it shows me youre just about the $. Because you sure arent concerned about the word of mouth advertising, or my repeat business. My wife is currently in the market for a new Denali. I wont even open these guys web site...

I was not real pleased with my first, and last experience here. I brought in my 2002 Ranger, they cleaned it well (which I paid for anyway) removed some decorative lighting I had in it, which was ok, but I did not receive the lighting back. The only thing that did not work in the pickup was the interior ceiling light as I had forgot to replace the bulb. After 2 months of no sell amidst assurances that it would, I finally just took it home. The left electric window did not work, they said it was from lack of use. The left wiper blade looked like it had been replaced (it looked different than the right and it squeaked when used). Both blades were new with very little use. Unfortunately, I didnt notice the blade until way after I brought it home and had to use it. I didnt get a satisfactory answer about my window, so figured this would just be the same. I would say, make sure you document everything that works and no changes or item removals unless one oks it first.

I just wish for once in their lives, used car salesmen could be honest. We wanted to buy the car no matter what but at least if they would have told us it needed more work done we would have felt better. Yes we were glad they agreed to work with us and our financial situation however it was a little disappointing that after taking the car we bought to our regular mechanics we were in for a shock. The list of things wrong with vehicle was huge! And we were quoted the cost was about $4,000 worth of work it needed almost immediately. Of course the insurance plan we were offered doesnt kick in until 3 months after purchasing it so we were stuck. So be WISE when buying cars take it to a mechanic before hand because according to the dealers, every car is is 100% perfect condition.

Thanks to Joseph at You Sell Auto we had a great car buying experience. We traveled from Grand Junction to be with our son during the purchase of his first truck. Many dealerships later, he found what he was looking for at You Sell Auto. Joseph walked him through the process, explaining all the details along the way. While the rest of us waited, I ended up finding the car Id been looking months for. We ended the afternoon by purchasing two vehicles! Joseph made, what can be an exhausting and stressful task, truly enjoyable. He is the first person we will call the next time we decide to buy a vehicle.

You Sell Auto by far is the best place to shop for a car. Brian who worked with us was very patient with us while we were choosing our vehicle. Brian and the others worked hard to get us financed for the Hummer we chose. But most of all we had an issue with the heater and they were right on top of it. A+ guys. I will be recommending my friends to you.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! A relative bought a car here. Dealer said was in about a foot of water in flood, minimal damage. Took it to auto body shop and the estimate is more than was paid for the car!!!! Mud on top of inside of door-was in much deeper than a foot!! They lie, deceive and take advantage. STAY AWAY, or you will regret it!!!

I recently bought a 2012 Dodge Ram from Dave at You Sell Auto. The experience was very smooth and easy. Dave was very helpful getting the deal done without a lot of the back and forth you get from most dealerships. The truck was a great deal and very solid. Im very pleased with the experience I had there.

I purchased my Land Cruiser from here and sold a Jeep through them. Mark was straight forward and gave me a great deal. I have bought quite a few cars in my lifetime and this has been one of the better experiences. I would definitely recommend You Sell Auto and will do business again with them.
